Everyone at the dealership was super friendly! We were pleased at how dedicated they were to help us find our new vehicle. We ended up needing our vehicle delivered, which was fine. However, It was a litt pleased at how dedicated they were to help us find our new vehicle. We ended up needing our vehicle delivered, which was fine. However, It was a little disappointing to get it late (a few days later than promised) and then have to fill up the tank (left with a quarter tank). There was also a certain odor to the vehicle that was supposedly worked on within those 4 days that seemed to still be there when our car arrived. We had to purchase air freshener kits for the vents to eliminate the odor. Other than that, we recommend checking these guys out! They were pretty helpful. More

While still at midway, service man came to me telling me, when they started up the car, it was leaking oil, found the gasket was bad, and said they fixed it , and said I was good to, upon arriving home, fou when they started up the car, it was leaking oil, found the gasket was bad, and said they fixed it , and said I was good to, upon arriving home, found a trail of oil following me into garage, and is puddle formed on floor. The staff was always pleasant and respectful of our presence. The salesman we had the pleasure of working with was Kris Hanschu. By working with him we were able to identify the vehicle we wanted which was out of the area. Kris made arrangements for delivery to the McPherson dealership at no additional charge. We were allowed a good trade in allowance and we received a very fair price on the purchased vehicle. Shawn Gable in finance moved us through the process in very short order. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase the vehicle or extended warranty. We will certain return to this dealership for future needs. THANK YOU, Midway Ford. More
