Let me start by saying we had an amazing experience. We didn’t schedule an appointment but they assisted us immediately. All our concerns were met and all our questions were answered…The dealership went above and beyond to make sure we were happy before committing to the vehicle. Worst experience I received today, never stated the price until after financing. Salesman was clueless to the matter. Please be aware going to this dealership, make sure false advertising is not happening to until after financing. Salesman was clueless to the matter. Horrible service My experience went from bad to a full blown nightmare. I took my car for service at during the last week of June. I had heard some squeaking from the My experience went from bad to a full blown nightmare. I took my car for service at during the last week of June. I had heard some squeaking from the tires, thought it could be a bad bearing. Didn't think it was the brake pads since i didn't have high miles and I don't ride my brakes. After an "inspection" they called me and told it was the front brake pads. I gave them authorization to work on my car. I went to pick it up and drove it to work when I noticed that the issue wasn't fixed. I called the dodge hotline number to explore my options incase midway dodge tried to give me the run about. I took it back to get it properly repaired. Midway dodge called me and told me that the REAR caliper was closing at an angle so my pads got worn out at an angle. I asked how much it was going to cost me and to my surprise they were quoting the inspection fee again. I asked that the advisor speak to the manager to this waived since I was paying for pads and rotors again because the "technician" failed to do a proper inspection. I was told there was nothing they could do. I had to cut my plans short and drive there. I demanded to know why I was being charged twice because of incompetence on their end. I also told the service manager that I wasn't convinced that the initial work was even needed. They agreed to waive it. I went to pick up my car the next day and the porter dropped it off up front. I immediately noticed damage to the rear passenger panel. I went to speak to the cashier so I could speak to the manager. She called over the phone and I heard her ask for "Dave" which she informed me that he was the general manager. I waited for a total of 45 minutes, and between that time I had asked the cashier why was it taking so long. She told me that he was in a different lot. I had noticed a gentleman that was treated differently from the employees while I waited so I approached him and asked if he was Dave the gm, which he replied that he was. I told him my issue and walked me outside to see me car. He said, "there's nothing we can do, we just can't pop that dent out, but I will take your information and see what we can do" I gave him my info, and I called Dodge hotline to inform them what had happened. Midway wasn't called me and neither has Dodge. I'm willing to sell BOTH Chrysler made vehicles so I will never have to deal with such pathetic service. More
