Jimmy Chen and Kiko Betancourt are mediocre salespeople with absolutely no knowledge of vehicles. This guy, the manager KIKO Betancourt is really arrogant, despotic and with poor professional ethics. I very much regret purchasing my vehicle from Midway Dodge on Pulaski Ave. This guy Kiko, his word means nothing and they do not guarantee their vehicles not even the 500 miles spoken about. Anyway I now have to pay for my lack of attention to details, hidden issues are right there, you need to look at ever little detail. Shame on me for not doing my due diligence but ultimately I was the buyer who is not an expert but shame on them for selling vehicles that have been in car accidents. At least be honorable and come clean to the buyer, they can make the decision of buying or not. More
