The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was talking about when he explained the plans and types of cars we were looking into, how it worked with trading in our car, and how it would work if we kept our current car and just went for a new one. Apart from being extremely knowledgeable about their work, they are extremely customer service orientated and always put the customer first. They don’t let any queues or waiting around form and help you as soon as you need to, with the best service possible. The location of this branch is great! It is exceptionally easy to find and easy to get to and you don’t need to be looking around everywhere when the GPS says you have arrived. The sales associates at Midway Dodge definitely helped my husband and I make the best choice possible and we are extremely happy and recommend Midway Dodge to anyone looking to purchase a new car! These guys took care of me. I was visiting friends in Chicago and, what do you know, car breaks down. I was on holiday when I started shopping for a car. I was familiar with Midway Dodge because they are right down the street of where I lived when I was in college. I tried the dealership closer to my dad house but they didn’t have any cars that I liked. So I went down to this dealership because I heard some good things about them from a few friends of mine. When I first walked in I met with a nice salesman that showed me about 3 cars. They were very friendly and answered all my questions that I had about keeping up with a new car. I wasn’t sure if I could get a loan for a new car, so I filled out the form and was immediately accepted at a good interest rate. I wasn’t sure what kind of warranty to get and I decided to get the best one they had. I had my iphone on me and I looked up the sales prices for the 2013 Dodge Challenger Coupe and I was welcomed with an extra $2,000 off of the sticker price. I was very happy with the price of the car and I was pleased with my overall shopping experience. I was impressed with the good selection of new cars and that is why I decided to buy a car there. Midway Dodge is just the worst dealer in the Chicago,IL area and are a disgrace to the community of Midway there is no other way to put it!!! I just recently purchase a 2010 Chevy Malibu LS everything was ok untill i decided to trade inn my car at a diffrent dealership in wich they ran a AutoCheck wich came back with bad news my car had been disqualified for a buy back protection inn other words i will not be able to trade inn my vehicle at any other dealer that is not Midway Dodge B.S!!!!! Midway Dodge is just a scam buisness takeing advantage of the people of the community!!! They sale cars on lies!!! Even when they response to this complaint they will be telling lies!!!!! Please if you have already purchase a vehicle at Midway Dodge get a Auto Check review becouse i know for a fact im not the only person they took advantage off and rob of there money!!! I decided to check them out and I was very pleased with the way I was treated. I haven't bought a new car in years, so I was intimidated by the whole process. My credit is less than perfect and they were able to get me financed for MUCH more than I thought I'd ever get approved for. My salesperson was friendly, upfront, and VERY knowledgeable about the trucks/cars that caught my eye. I didn't get the feeling that I was being pressured or tricked into buying something that wasn't right for me. Overall great sales knowledge and customer service, oh and absolutely LOOOVE my new truck! Highly recommend! More
