First I would like to say that I am sorry you were disappointed with your visit and with the vehicle you looked at. With that said I would like to point out the vehicle in question was posted online on our web site with 10 very clear and descriptive photos including photos of the exterior and interior. The online ad was not a lie and you as a consumer had every opportunity to call (on the phone) and ask any questions you had on this vehicle. We could have run a car fax or even taken additional photos of the car and sent them to you. We do this every day for customers who really take the time to make smart decisions. I will also point out that the car was priced $2,000 under book value because it did have some minor issues. It is a pre driven vehicle with over 100 k miles so it will not look like new. The fact that you posted a negative review because your expectations were not met on a vehicles that you had every opportunity to check out before you decided to make the trip does not seem fair. Why are you disappointed in us? If we did something wrong as a dealer I would admit it and apologize but we did not. YOU decided to make the trip! YOU wanted to get a great deal on the car! YOU decided not to ask for enough information on the car OVER THE PHONE! Why should you have the right to post a negative review when we as a dealer did nothing wrong? We sold the car that you thought was so terrible. The customer who bought it loves it and it is everything he expected it to be.

I am sorry you had a bad buying experience. I will say that a lot has changed at Midway Dodge since your visit. We have a new management team and have changed many of our procedures as well.
