Midway dodge is not a place to trust. My wife and I bought a Kia Sedona 2008 in Sep 2014 from midway dodge. We where there for 6 hours, Kelly our sales rep in training did give us a san My wife and I bought a Kia Sedona 2008 in Sep 2014 from midway dodge. We where there for 6 hours, Kelly our sales rep in training did give us a sandwich to eat Which was very cool but we did leave out the dealer with a we owe paper and with no lights in the dashboard, locked sliding back doors, dirty van and no good brakes. Because there mechanic shop and car porters closes at 4 pm. It's now Dec 4 2014 and still have no answer in when they will honor there we owe paper. Peter correa More

They have a great service department, I really always feel comfortable leaving my car there for my regular service appointments. So far, I have purchased two vehicles here, one car and one truck. Bad Customer Service and VERY BAD on keeping customers I got 2 cars, NOT one but 2 cars, one of them was a brand new 2014 and another one 2007. in the used car a week after I got it I find out that one of I got 2 cars, NOT one but 2 cars, one of them was a brand new 2014 and another one 2007. in the used car a week after I got it I find out that one of the highlights in from of the truck was not working and when I call back they told me that was not their problem, even a week after I got the car from them. the said its your problem and they cant do nothing about it, so the service its bad and they prefer to let go a good customer than paid $100 for the repair and keep a happy customer. the answer of Carlos Garcia (sales person), its fine if I loose a customer and I can go and complain to everyone but they would not do anything.
