If I were you, I’d NEVER come here to buy a vehicle. I’d rather walk, that’d be more reliable I would not recommend anyone to buy or service anything here. You would think that the sales and service department would communicate to keep customers happy, but you’d be wrong!!! My wife and I bought a grand wagoneer from this dealership and was told we would have different perks because we bought a wagoneer. One of these perks was getting to have a vehicle to drive if our wagoneer was ever in for service. This happened one time, which makes them liars!! Additionally when you get done with the purchase you get a survey and are coached to give them top ratings guilting you to think they won’t be able to feed their kids if they get anything other than a top rating! Shame on us for living to this advice. Further more, you’d think that being a certified dealership for Jeep they would know how many issues the grand wagoneer has. To date, our wagoneer has been serviced over a dozen times in a matter of 6 months and communication of service being completed or anything else is scarce. Buyer beware!! More
