Gil Martinez who worked to find me everything I wanted and then some. Gil went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied even traveling to another state to get a vehicle for me. I will be back to midway soon to visit the performance dept. and down the rode to purchase another Chevy. Sincerley, JB More

Our sales person were Katy and Roscoe who we had fun with and Dwayne in finance who took the time to listen and tried to help me resolve our issues. But, that's where it ended. We received the worst Customer Services ever imaginable from the finance department who also lack the exerperince to answer basic questions we had. I guess once they had us signed the contract they forgot about us. The last contact I had was with Dwyane on 4/24/13 and was told he will get a hold of Mike Chaves. My complaint has not been resiolved so I sent a Certified Letter on 5/16/13 to GM John Vance asking for a response within 7-10 days. The letter was deliver on 5/17/13 and sign by Cynthia Marano. It is now 5/28/13 and have not heard from him or anyone to get this resolved. I have enclosed a copy of my letter. Midway Chevrolet 2323 W. Bell Rd Phx Arizona 85223 Dear John Vance: RE: Chevrolet Silverado 2012 RE: Chevrolet Silverado 2013 RE: Chrysler Sebring 2008 I would like to let you know about our experience of April of last year. We purchase our very first new truck from your dealership, a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado two door. We were treated with respect and had great customer services and was very happy and satisfy, that we returned to trade it in for a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 4 door. I'm writing to inform you that my husband and I had a negative experience at your dealership with your employees. First of all, I recognize that you, as the reader of this letter, are not responsible for our bad experiences, but we are still upset about the situation. My husband is self employed and run our family business, in the service industry. If we treated our clients or potential client like that, we would be out of business. Reasons for our letter, is because of the Poor Customer Services and Lack of Knowledge, and Refund $526.00. I've attached a detail letter and hope you take the time to please read it. As of May 16, 2013, I have not heard back from anyone. I would like to acknowledged three of your employees, Katy & Rosco in sales and Dwayne in finance. They went above and beyond helping us. We had a lot of fun dancing and joking around. To resolve this, I look forward to hearing from you regarding a resolution of this problem. I will be waiting, if I don't hear from you in 7-10 days , I will be filing a compliant to a higher office. Please, you can contact us at anytime at (602) 795-3448 thank you. REASONS 1. I like to file a complain against Mike Chaves in the finance department. He was our finance person for both the car & truck. During both our meeting Mr. Chaves attention was more focus on texting with his cell under his desk. It was extremely rude and was very unprofessional of him. It seemed he was annoyed with us and that we were a bother to him. In addition, I asked Mr. Chaves about the Smartnote program, for our used car we just purchase. With as many new & used contracts Mr. Chaves has done, the question was a basic one. This is how preoccupied he was, he couldn‘t answer nor did he offer to find out. I had to contact Smart note my self and answer was yes. 2. On 3/30/13 we inquire about trading our 2012 for a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 4 door. It was an all day process. Our sales persons was Katy and Rosco. It was Katy's first day on the job and Rosco was training her. During that day Rosco was constantly being pulled away to help others. I informed them about a $ 526.00 payment that Smartnote took out in March for April 5th payment. "I was told it would be refund back to me". I contacted Dwayne and he took the time to listen while I explain everything. He seemed very genius and welling to help us. The last time Dwayne and I talked was on 04/26/13, he was going to get a hold of Mike Chaves. I've been trying to get help regarding this matter, but it seems that my complaint continue to be unresolved and neglected still to this day. I even contacted Smartnote and Alphera to have them refund our payment and they wouldn't because the payoff was not enough to cover it. Our truck and keys have been in your possession since 03/30/13. There have been three times your dealership collected payoff amounts. I only feel that it's fair that the $526.00 be refunded back to us. Dealership got payoff amount: 03/28/13 from website $2940012 04/02/13 automated $29423.49 04/15/13 verbal $28956.50 ????? Why did it take so long to call for that Verbal payoff ????? 3. On 04/25/13 I received a call from Matt and he said, "our contract was not picked up and to bring back the car". I had no problem with that and question as to why. Matt said, "outstanding debt- to-income ratio." I then asked about a used vehicle? Matt said, " No " it would be denied due too the same thing". To make a long story short, "Yes" we qualify for a used car at your dealership across the street. I'm very upset and not happy at all. Your used lot did not have a good selection for me. We purchase a Chrysler Sebring 2008 I'm very upset and not happy at all for Matt to give us false or misleading comment like that. I’m even more upset because the car had an oil leak. It took four trips back to the mechanic to notice it. They had to put some dye in to see where it was leaking at. We are still having problems. So, I ask myself why this time....We did nothing wrong. Was all they wanted was MONEY ???? I Know if this is how they treat there Customers, next time it will be Courtesy Chevrolet that we will go back to like we did before in 2006. I'm just asking for what would be fair. More
I received good service from the salesperson, but that is where it ended. Every person and department I have attempted to work with from that point on has been unresponsive to requests for information and/or where it ended. Every person and department I have attempted to work with from that point on has been unresponsive to requests for information and/or service. This includes Financing, Service, Registration/Title and Parts/Accessories. One person even left me a voice mail 5 weeks after my purchase, asking if I was still interested in buying a car! Voice mails to not get returned, offices are closed during posted business hours, individuals do not call with information they state they are going to provide. Big thumbs down! If I had know this is how customers are treated after contracts are signed, I never would have even step foot onto the car lot! More
I've always been fortunate enough to have someone else purchase vehicles for me and was dreading having to do it myself. My service writer Hugh Abbott referred me to Gil and he made the whole experie else purchase vehicles for me and was dreading having to do it myself. My service writer Hugh Abbott referred me to Gil and he made the whole experience pleasant. He was able to determine what I would like based on a brief meeting. I set an appointment for a later date and he had done all the legwork prior to my appointment. The Traverse LT model he selected for me was PERFECT, right down to the color! The best part was that the whole experience only took a few hours. I would love to recommend Gil to anyone looking to buy and to Hugh for continued service after your purchase is made. Thanks! More

Were to start. In 9/2012 we bought a certified 2010 Chevy Malibu. This was after a very bad time with a 2006 buick that was bought there. Then this Feb. got a call from Midway. They give us so much more then Malibu. This was after a very bad time with a 2006 buick that was bought there. Then this Feb. got a call from Midway. They give us so much more then what the car was worth, no money down payments the same, for a 2013 Malibu. When it sounds to good to be true. It sure wasn't. After some time we gave in an bought a 2013 Malibu. Really a nice car. Then went to do paper work. Was told we were approved to buy the car. Then about 5 days later had a problem with the new car. Took to service. The guy in service told me our deal went south. The service dept told me. No call from the dealer. What a joke. So we get our 2010 Malibu back. After owning the 2010 for one moth the battery died. Thought since it was on bumper to bumper warrenty it be covered. Nope. But when I was up there for a new 2013 was told the battery was covered. After the fact. After I spent the money for a battery. The 2010 Malibu has been to the dealer 3 times since we have bought it. One for battery 2 times oil changes. The last oil change was done on Thursday 3/14/2013. Today I get a post card saying the car is being recalled. Went on internet found the recall went out Sept.2012. So why didn't they tell me when I was there Thursday the car was on recall? Or the time before last? Or before we bought it? More
We traded our '07 Tahoe for a 2012 Traverse. Our Tahoe was within 3 payments of being paid off. It made economic sense to us to trade at this time; finding a '12 Traverse and taking advantage of th Tahoe was within 3 payments of being paid off. It made economic sense to us to trade at this time; finding a '12 Traverse and taking advantage of the trade-in value we had and the rebates and incentives with the Traverse. I asked my Servide Mgr., Hugh Abbott whom I should see. He recommended Gil Martinez, Special Projects Mgr./Internet Sales Mgr. I have traded vehicles several times, in my life, but this was one of the easiest and simplest transactions I have done. Gil listened to the needs that we had and offered us terms that we felt were desirable. Brandon in Finance found us favorable financing terms and presented warranty options that were understandable and worked out a total payment plan that fit our needs. I believe this is the fourth sales/trade we have done with Midway. We are completely satisfied with all of the folks we have dealt with at Midway Chevrolet. More
Avoid this dealership. Internet sales manager David Camps and his minions made lots of promises, but didn't keep any of them. Did not return phone calls, follow up on requests, etc. In the end they wo Camps and his minions made lots of promises, but didn't keep any of them. Did not return phone calls, follow up on requests, etc. In the end they wouldn't even pick up the phone unless I called from a different number, then hung up when they realized it was me! All for a $100 fix on the vehicle they sold me. Your ratings online already stink. I won't help you. More
Fantastic customer service. Gil is an expierenced dealer who is very knowledgable about his inventory.
