When I found out the extent of the needed repair Mr Bodenschatz referred me to Mr. Martinez. Mr Martinez took his time with me and really worked hard to find a way for me to get into a truck that I really wanted. Ms. Kim Roland met me next and again took the time to make sure I understood all the paperwork and finalized the purchase. I also referenced a few other dealers---you know who you are and I've no regrets about what I said. Learn to treat people with respect and dignity and you won't get such horrible reviews. Midway Chevy has that figured out. In the 2 hours I was there Saturday they sold about 50 cars. The big gong was booming time after time. There were balloons and fresh popped popcorn. Cold water and sales people joking around. Happy salespeople are productive salespeople. Midway was a party and I left in a new car!! You have to check them out. I give almost NO ONE this type of review!!!!! More

When I called Midway to ask for assistance, I was connected to Gil. I set up an appointment with Gil and was extremely pleased with his vast of knowledge with the car. He sat down with me and answered all of my questions. He took his time in explaining whatever I wanted to know. 2 other Phoenix Chevrolet dealerships (Sands in Glendale, Courtesy Chevrolet) refused to assist me since I did not purchase the car from their dealership. I will use Midway for service as well as other purchases in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Gil as well as Midway Chevrolet to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car. Advertised price online for a used Dodge Journey was $16500, which was a pretty good deal, when I went in and after a test drive I was told the price Advertised price online for a used Dodge Journey was $16500, which was a pretty good deal, when I went in and after a test drive I was told the price was actually $23,500. I was then told the $16,500 was what they bought the car for.....RIIIIIIIGHT. The sales manager came out and told me I was crazy not to buy the car at the $23,500 mark. As I walked out I told them they could sell me the car for $5,000 and I wouldn't buy it. They kept calling and calling me offering to sell it at the $16,500 mark. Funny thing is I would have bought it originally for that price. Will never ever do business with Midway. I went to Killer Auto Sales up the street a little and got an even better deal on a newer car that I love! More
