I went to the dealership before I got out of my car a salesman was there. They couldn't give me the down or payments I wanted so I left. I was called 2 days later by the sales manager and asked why we di salesman was there. They couldn't give me the down or payments I wanted so I left. I was called 2 days later by the sales manager and asked why we didn't close the deal I told him why he said well he had the payment I wanted and no money down. I went back spent another 3 hours with a different sales perosn picked out a car went through the financing took the car home recieved a call 2 days later asking me to come to financing to sign some papers, went up there the next day was asked to wait finally some new guy came and told me I had to give the car back and did I need a ride home. They should have called and said they couldn't finance me and ask me to bring the car back instead of lying to get me there. i would not recommend buying there. More
I originally purchased my vehicle from Midway Nissan. I recently got into a car accident and there was extensive damage to my vehicle. First I called Miday Nissan for repairs, I later found out that the pl recently got into a car accident and there was extensive damage to my vehicle. First I called Miday Nissan for repairs, I later found out that the place that did the repairs was Midway Chevrolet. So, I take my vehicle in to have them repair it. 5 Weeks later I finally got it back. They were waiting for parts for two weeks! One of the parts that they "fixed" was an air conditioning hose. Once I finally got my exterra back, the air conditioning only worked for two days. I took it back in (about 2 months later since I needed it to get to work), they again "fixed" it and said that it needed an o-ring. I took it across the street to the Midway Nissan dealership since there was a recall on the tires. Well, they found an additional leak in the air conditioning hose, in addition to a cracked manifold, a leaky oil gasket, and the timing and drive belts needed to be replaced. I would have thought that those jerks would have told me about all these problems, since they had my vehicle for so long and did a "thorough" inspection of the vehicle. Yeah right.

So, since Midway Nissan referred me to this hack of a repair shop, I'll never buy from them. Since Midway Chevrolet did the "repairs", I'll never buy from them either. More
While the initial salesman (Steve) and initial sales manager (Alva) provided for a somewhat pleasant experience, the sales manager we encountered when writing up our contract, Gary, was rude and unprofe manager (Alva) provided for a somewhat pleasant experience, the sales manager we encountered when writing up our contract, Gary, was rude and unprofessional. I visited the dealership at 4pm with another quote in hand. I simply wanted to compare prices to see if this dealer could beat my existing offer. I spoke with Alva and was assured that they could. We negotiated a price and would only need to complete the paperwork when my husband arrived after work. My husband left work early to meet me there. When he arrived, neither the car nor paperwork was ready for us. In fact, we were presented with the wrong vehicle 4 times. Once we looked at the correct vehicle, we were offered a very low price for our trade in. We had researched blue book value and new the worth. We were simply looking for something fair. We opted to sell the car ourselves. We were then offered a price higher than our original quote. It was adjusted by deferring the fee for tags and registration. Gary came with the contract and presented paperwork only to my husband and we are joint applicants. Even so, we began the paperwork process at about 9pm. At 9:30 (I had been there 5.5 hrs), Gary claimed that items we originally negotiated would not be included with the vehicle. When we explained the original terms, he refused to check with the previous manager, even though we never discussed the transaction with Gary. We chose to leave the dealership and will tell everyone we know to boycott them as well. We are a young couple with a generous income. Had our experience been good, Midway may have sold us several cars over our lifetime. Now, we will take our business elsewhere. It is also interesting to note that this dealership performed the worst at the recent Tempe Memorial Day tent event. The owner, Steve explained, has recently moved himself in to this location to supervise. I wonder why... More
I was absolutely disgusted by this dealership. I arrived to look at buying a car since they were having a sale. Before I could get to a car in the showroom, I was stopped by 4 salesmen asking if I needed h to look at buying a car since they were having a sale. Before I could get to a car in the showroom, I was stopped by 4 salesmen asking if I needed help. I politely told them I was looking. Then a manager approached and forcibly asked if I needed help and then told me I was NOT allowed on the showroom floor without a salesmen with me at all times. I was upset and he said it was policy. I told him I was leaving and he said that was OK and walked me out. I will NEVER buy from a Midway. More
