I felt rushed with decisions, also my visa card was taken way too early. I asked if they were thru with it, they said no. There was no reason to take it and hold my money hostage. We had a bad experience with another dealership but Shelby turned that experience around for us with her great customer service skills. She kept us updated during the whole process and worked with our price range, what we qualified for. It was a long day for everyone but Shelby made the process seem effortless. We got to talk and find out things that we all could relate to. She made us laugh, smile and made us feel comfortable. This was the same experience with finance, they took the time to go over our paper work and not rush through it.
