This is the best place to go to buy a car! I went to Midway Chevrolet because of an incentive they were offering. I expected to get a nicer vehicle than what I was trading in. When they were checking on vehicles and prices I could afford, found that I could get a new car opposed to a used one. Long story short, my new car purchase was filled with problems but, I am so happy with my customer service. I have NEVER been treated so kindly by a dealership. The Sales Department, Joel, and Gil. The Finance Managers, Joe Koenig, and Duane, Customer service, Diane Sosa, and especially the General Manager Dave Fotinger. Dave cares about making sure the customer (me) is satisfied and happy with the purchase. I just can't express my gratitude for everyone who was involved in the sale of my new Sonic. Amazing Service I brought my 2014 Silverado in for service early on a Saturday morning. It wasn't long before the Sales Manager John Glenn came by to say, hi, and ask I brought my 2014 Silverado in for service early on a Saturday morning. It wasn't long before the Sales Manager John Glenn came by to say, hi, and ask about my nine month old daughter that was with me. We eventually began to discuss a lingering issue with the truck, that had yet to be corrected due to scheduling conflicts with the subcontractor who applies the door guards. John abruptly offered to send me home in a loaner vehicle in order to resolve the issue, get my truck fixed, and fulfill the promises made by the dealership at the time of purchase. I was blown away by John's willingness to resolve problems, and ensure that everyone of his customers leave happy. Within less than an hour, we had agreed on a lease deal that included a generous trade in allowance, and excellent residual value, and a significant discount from MSRP. We quickly completed the financial side of things and then he took me to the car and showed me the details of the Volt, set up the Onstar system, got my app going, and gave me some tips. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had and would recommend them to everyone and anyone. We had one great experience in Tempe, There was a Chap of a man, that I saw, and during that experience, I had my keys taken from me and hidden. I had to actually walk in to a meeting of managers, and demand my keys. They had rthem in a drawer, and had to dig for them. They wanted to keep me there until I bought 2 cars. I could barely afford 1. We went see Gilbert at Midway, we were greeted with a smile and a handshake, and we went home with a great car. 2012 Malibu LTZ I have purchased many cars in my life, and this experience has renewed my faith that there are still some good dealers.
