Sold me a ticking time bomb I purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD pick up from them. First of all let me say this is a great vehicle. Now The reason I am writing this I purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD pick up from them. First of all let me say this is a great vehicle. Now The reason I am writing this review. After driving the vehicle for a little while it seemed to shimmy and shake on the freeway. I've been took it to a trusted discount tire store and was told that the tires that were on the vehicle were extremely underrated for three-quarter ton truck. I had discount tire replaced the tires and then went back to midway and explain the problem. First I asked for the manager whom they said was on vacation. Then I talk to a sales Manager whom couldn't care one Way or the other and then try to pass the buck onto another Internet sales manager whom gave me the runaround that I expected when I walked in. Seems to me once they have your money they don't give a rats xxx if you have problems or not. I will NEVER set foot in this dealership again. Brian, Zack & Alex were fantastic! We began our search for a 2015 Traverse in November 2014. We had spoken to 2 other dealerships. Those fleet people really did nothing to show us that they wanted to make a deal happen for us. Saturday morning we made a search via internet, with Brian Banks responding immediately. By mid-afternoon, we had a tentative agreement.His partner Zack Thrasher was fantastic. Our budget guy, Alex Newton was great. Brian had the vehicle we wanted, even though the interior color was not our 1st choice. (The interior color shown in the photo was not under his control). We traded our 2012 for our 2015, and are really happy with it. This is our 3rd Chevrolet Traverse. Our team: Brian, Zack, and Alex are an example of how fleet sales is supposed to work. We commend our team on proving that customer service is first & foremost important. Shirley & Lona are impressed! We even recommended our sister for a new vehicle this morning. More
