THEIR SPECIALS LIKE 4500 CASH FOR JUNKERS AND ADVERTISED PRICES ARE A SCAM ON AUTO TRADER AND THIER WEBSITE PRICES ARE A SCAM!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!! I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH Lamar Tyler THE "INTERNET MANAGER". I ASKED UPFRONT WHAT TYPE OF PRICING ARE THEY ADVERTISING AND WHY IT IS SO LOW IF IT IS A INCENTIVIZED PRICE THAT YOU HAVE TO QUALIFY FOR.. I AM LOOKING A 2018 1500 V6 SILVERADO AVERTISED FOR 33,900 ON THIER WEBSITE AND AUTOTRADER. I WAS TOLD THAT IS THE SALE PRICE IS FOR MAMORIAL DAY SALE THROUGH THIS MONTH THAT EVERYONE GETS THE PRICE THAT ADVERTISED AND THERE ARE NO SUPPRISZES. FIRST BOLD FACE LIE THAT CONTINUED TILL THE VERY END, THERE IS NOT ONE SHRED OF ETHICAL STANDARDS IN THAT ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT. THAT IS THE WAY MIDWAY DOES BUSINESS. BY LIENG TO YOU AND DECIEVING YOU. THAT IS WHAT HAPPEND TO ME IN MY EXPEARENCE. ONCE YOU ARIVE THEY WILL TRY AND WASTE YOUR TIME FROM THE MOMENT YOU GET THERE BY MAKING YOU WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT TO BREAK YOU DOWN AS A CUSTOMER AND BE INCONTROL OF YOU AND THE SITUATION TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. IF YOU LET THEM THEY WILL. ONE PERSON THERE RANDOMLY OUTBURSTED WITH FRUSTRATION AND SAID " Iv been here for 8 hrs already "... THEY ARE INCOMPETENT SO PLAN ON STAYING FOR HOURS AND ACCOMPLISH NOTHING or UNTILL YOU JUST BREAK DOWN AND SAY YES TO WHATEVER THEY PROPOSE! NOT ONE PART OF THE EXPERIENCE WAS HONEST OR REPUTABLE. EXTREMELY IMPORFESSIONAL!!! IF YOU WANT TO SPEAK WITH A SALESMAN THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT OR DOING OR HOW TO CONDUCT HONEST BUSINESS THIS IS NOT THE DEALERSHIP FOR YOU. THE SALESMAN AT THIS DEALERSHIP ARE ALL INEXPERIENCED CHILDREN THAT WERE JUST GIVEN A JOB AND TOLD TO GET THE CUSTOMER IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE BY LIEING AND DECIEVING - ALTHOUGH ITS NOT ENTIRELY DIRECTLY THIER FALUT AS IT IS THE MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP THAT ADVOCATE THIS UNETHICAL CONDUCT AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! THE SALES MANAGER EVEN SAID THE V6 DOES NOT COME IN 4X4 ONLY THE V8 DOES. WE LITERALLY JUST GOT DONE DRIVING A V6 4X4. THE SALES MANAGER!!!!! WHEN THE SALES MAN GAVE NUMBERS AND PRICE ON THE VEHICLE IT WAS $40,000 AFTER DISCOUNTS AND BEFORE TAXES AND FEES???? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE IF THE ADVERTISED SALES PRICE IS 33,900. What they do is show you MSRP for the vehicle which was "46,000+" for the truck I was looking at and then show you 10,000+ in "dealer discounts" and "rebates" discounting the vehicle down and then they add the "options" to the price after that ...... WAIT WAIT WAIT , THE VEHICLE WAS 46,000+ MSRP WHITCH INCLUDED ALL OPTIONS...... THEN THEY "DISCOUNT THE PRICE WITH "REBATES AND DEALER DISCOUNTS" AND THEN THEY RE-ADD 6,000 IN OPTIONS AFTER THE DISCOUNTS......( BAIT AND SWITCH) (FALSE ADVERSISING) SO..... THE ADVERTISED SALES PRICE(on autotader and their website) DOES NOT INCLUDE THE VEHICLE'S EQIPPED OPTIONS THAT IT ALREADY COMES WITH THAT TRIM LEVEL???..... Lies Lies Lies. SO WHAT DOES THE SALES PRICE INCLUDE? JUST THE FRAME AND ENGINE, WHEELS OH YEAH ALL THE OTHER STUFF THAT THE VEHICLE IS EQUPED WITH IS EXTRA......RIDICLOUS......... We submitted a credit application online because we live 50 miles from the dealership and have two cars to trade-in we wanted to make things easier on the dealership and us to not waste their time or ours. When I called the dealership to make sure they reviewed my credit app I was told they could not find our credit application that we submitted on Midway Chevrolet’s website directly... First Lie to get you to into the dealership. I found that a bit odd because I promptly received an email confirmation from GM financial regarding a pre approval with my name and what is needed with personalized information from my credit check EXPLAINING would be needed to get financing with an application ID and that the dealership will be calling to follow up soon. Immediately after we submitted the credit app we got a notification alert from credit Karma that my a credit inquire was made by Midway Chevrolet. I called to speak with a finance manager to get things straight. The finance manager John was extremely rude and was just making EVERY excused he could think of as to why they cant find my credit application. I don't feel My personal sensitive information is safe with this dealership at all. The incompetence starts at he top of the chain with this dealer from store manager to the finance manager down to the salesman. Lie after Lie after Lie. Unless you know better you would never know and that's how they are able to sell cars by taking advantage of you and what you don't know. They think every buyer that they speak with is dumb and desperate and can be lied to without any business ethics regarding respect for the customer. To someone that does not know any better IM SURE they getaway with this all the time BY taking advantage of people. THEY WILL JUST TRY AND BULLDOSE YOU AND LIE TO YOU AS THAT IS LITERALLY WHAT HAPPENED TO US!! I CHALLANGE YOU TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM FOR THAT ONLINE ADVERTISED PRICE. . . . . . . IT DOES NOT HAPPEN THERE IM SURE. TO TOP IT ALL OFF... THE KICKER IS.... BEFORE I WENT IN TO THE DEALERSHIP I TOLD THE Lamar Tyler THE "INTERNET MANAGER" THAT BECAUSE OF THIER INCOMPATANCE OF NOT BEING ABLE TO "FIND" THE CREDIT APP( Lie ) THAT HAD A DIGITAL PAPER TRAIL AND EMAIL CORRESPONDANCE FROM THIER COMPANY AS WELL. I TOLD HIM THAT I DID NOT WANT TO DRIVE TWO CARS TO THE DEALERSHIP THAT IS 50MI AWAY IF WE ARE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A DEAL BEACAUSE IT WOULD JUST BE A WASTE OF TIME SO I SAID THE ONLY WAY I WOULD COME DOWN TODAY IS IF THEY AGREED TO FILL UP BOTH CARS WITH GAS IF WE CANT COME TO A DEAL. THE Lamar Tyler THE "INTERNET MANAGER" SAID HE WOULD CHECK WITH HIS SALES MANAGER... HE CALLED BACK NUMEROUS TIMES AND SAID YEAH I GOT THE GOAHEAD FOR TO FILL UP BOTH CARS WITH GAS IF WE CANT COME TO A DEAL. I REQUESED THAT IN WRITING IN EMAIL. THE "INTERNET MANAGER" Lamar Tyler SENT AN EMAIL STATING "If for whatever reason we do not make a deal. We will gas up BOTH of your vehicles" so after work at 5pm we headed out there with every intention of buying a truck this evening. After they had provided false advertising prices and their deceitful tactics I said this is enough and I would like to speak with the sales manager to go over the numbers because they made no sense at all, The sales manager never came out to go over the numbers because they are full so S@&*T and they know that they are not dealing with someone they can take advantage of and at that point I said ok fine I just want to get my car gas as promised and that would be it. They said they would not put any gas in my vehicles as promised saying that they did not have a way to do because they did not have access to the company gas card (Bold Face Lie- That is how they put gas in your newly purchased vehicle after you buy it if it needs it they always have access to it at all times) and they could mail me some gas cards or we can drive both cars back tomorrow to get the gas witch is no inconvenience for them of course but we would have to drive two cars back 50 miles and they new we would not do that. As absolutely nothing they said before or while I was there was true I said no and to make a right today now and we will be done with it. The store manager is an absolute clown along with all his sales managers refused to keep their promise to provide gas as compensation for wasting my time as promised, that I have in email agreement for and I'm sure all the conversations were is also recorded when I called as well. they said we came in on a 33k truck and then started looking at more expensive trucks , The truck they showed me number prices on was a vehicle advertised for $34,500 because we chose a different color 1500 V6. We were reasonable honest and upfront with this dealer and they did nothing but lie and deceive. they said I needed to leave because I was raising my voice because they were lying and I was upset they wasted my time and deceived us many times through out the experience, and I was told to get the F out of his store said the store manager and the finance manager in the background with no intentions of resolving the situation . THIER WORD IS WORTH LESS THAN NOTHNG!!!!! IN A BUSUNESS WHERE ALL THEY HAVE IS THEIR WORD AND THEIR CURRENCY IS TO UPHOLD THIER WORD IM SUPPRISED THEY ARE CURRENTLY IN BUSINESS BUT THEY DO SO BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE THAT DO NOT KNOW BETTER OR WHO DESPRATELY NEED A VEHICLE. DONT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. BE AWARE. BE INFORMED AND BUY FROM AN HONEST REPUTIBLE DEALER THAT YOU CAN TRUST BECAUSE THIS DEALER IS NOT ONE OF THEM. Started out good but. we got a good deal considering our credit situation, but we weren’t explained many details about the vehicle or onstar or anything. We purchased late in the evening so we had to come back the next day for the wash, detail and gas tank top off which is no big deal. So we go back the next morning at 8am. Got the was and detail and then we were told to take the car to service ourselves for the nail in the tire. Then 4 hours later we were still waiting for the gas, sales guy wouldn’t return our calls so we went with a different sales guy who took care of everything for us. More

So, searching for another vehicle again and having a great experience before that we figured we would begin here again. This time around wasnt any different, we were greeted and helped the same way. Courvoisier was friendly and helpful from our first conversation, genuine guy and we all just hit it off well. We told him our situation and he was more than willing to help us. He gave us a lot of good information and a different outlook on buying a vehicle than what was expected, answered all of our questions, and did whatever he could to help us get the specific vehicle we wanted. We were looking for a midsized truck for my wife. Once she drove the LT, she fell in love with it! Still, we had no intention of buying it then. The sales rep and crew asked us to take just a short time for them to try a secure our business. We decided to hear what they had to say. We’re so glad we did! Not only was the Midway team super friendly, frequently asked us if we needed anything to drink or even food from their barbecue, they set us up with a deal we would be crazy to pass up. We drove away in the vehicle my wife picked out and we’re extremely happy!!! We will be recommending Midway to all of our friends and family. More
