Alex did a great job If u want a good salesman ask for Steve Farrell ... I gave him a run for the money. But when it was all said and done I got what I wanted.. I'm a very up front type of person and I want it my way or it's the highway. I left the first time not getting what I want bcuz of some idiots didn't know what they were doing and not understanding what I was wanting and coming back with things that I told him that wasn't what I wanted. But the next day I got a phone call from Steve Farrell to Come Back In to work a deal to make what I want to happen and sure enough he did it I'm happy with my 2018 Chevy Silverado I got a lot of incentive and everything I ask for so I'm very pleased with Steve I recommend him very highly. Unimpressed I wasn’t happy with their sales tactic,tried to give me a 12% plus interest rate With a 700 credit score. I got correspondence back from at least 12 b I wasn’t happy with their sales tactic,tried to give me a 12% plus interest rate With a 700 credit score. I got correspondence back from at least 12 banks trying to get me financed that’s a little harder to make a sale. Instead of worried about the customer the word about the bottom line never go back to the dealership. They tried to give me $500 on my 2003 BMW, when you wall they have an ad on TV saying I’ll give $3500 on any junker. Go figure. Insulted me like no other. Don’t know the guys name but he was the main sales manager at the used car at Midway Chevrolet. More
