The buying process was very easy. Both my sales person, Jade, and finance person, Steve, were very friendly and I enjoyed working with them. Both my sales person, Jade, and finance person, Steve, were very friendly and I enjoyed working with them. More
The customer service was great and very professional. Took a little long but I finally got my truck back and it passed the emissions test. Thank you. Took a little long but I finally got my truck back and it passed the emissions test. Thank you. More
Daniel isn’t qualified to run the service department on the weekend. not knowledgeable. doesn’t know to check the vehicle before releasing back to customer. second time he has handed me back my vehicle the weekend. not knowledgeable. doesn’t know to check the vehicle before releasing back to customer. second time he has handed me back my vehicle with nothing working. He had the nerve to tell me that the truck had shorts and that’s why some lights were not fixed and it turned out they tried to install the wrong lights in all three affected areas. released a truck back to me with a tail not working and the front blinker not working. that was the reason for being the truck in. i was there for 3-1/2 hours initially. had to come back immediately cause the i noticed the blinker was at working . not one update was given over the 3-1/2 hours. an experienced tech returned the car back to me cause daniel new id be upset if i found out the “shorts” were the service departments inability to install the correct bulbs! The experience at Midway was so easy until we were misled or in my opinion flat out lied to. My salesman was 5*, the process was easy .... until finance. I am still furious. Our finance lady told us during p or in my opinion flat out lied to. My salesman was 5*, the process was easy .... until finance. I am still furious. Our finance lady told us during paperwork that if we apply for a Chevy credit card we would receive an additional $750 rebate. I said "No, I don't need another credit card". She replied (and I quote!!) "°It's a FREE $750 why not?". We said true, and signed up for it. Awhile later. She send me a link and tells me to input my new card info so she can "Apply the rebate". I do so and it says it charged $1,000 on the card. WHAT?? I questioned her about it. She went into this completely confusing explanation about how I will get a $250 credit on the card in 90 days, a $250 GM credit to buy stuff and the $1,000 is applied as a down payment. WHAT??? How on earth is that $750 "free money" when I now have to pay a 1,000 credit card bill.??? I was totally and completely lied to and screwed. Do NOT fall for that!!!! I am still livid. What was a good experience was completely ruined by that woman lying to me. Makes me question every word they would say to you in the future. BEWARE. This is fraud. More

Brent did a great job and made the car buying process easy. We got exactly what we wanted for the price that fit our budget. This was, by far, the best car buying experience we've had. easy. I asked why my key fob wasn’t working after I changed the battery. I was charged $52 to be told to spend $400 for a new key fob. I was never told at the time of dropping off the vehicle. There would be a $52 battery. I was charged $52 to be told to spend $400 for a new key fob. I was never told at the time of dropping off the vehicle. There would be a $52 fee to do nothing. I think I was charged for services that I paid for in cash at 86,000 miles and charged for them again at 92,000 miles when I don’t think they were needed. the reason why I believe this is because I was told to change the air filter in my vehicle when I had already changed the air filter from another location. I don’t think anybody looked at my vehicle. I just think the service rep was looking at what was done in your computer system and not really having somebody check out my vehicle to see if the services were necessary. I’m going to take my business elsewhere. More
