We sincerely regret the stress and frustration this situation has caused you and your family. Ensuring our customers have a smooth experience is a top priority, and we are actively working to resolve this matter for you. We do want to clarify some of the items you mentioned to be sure we are on the same page. The loan for the original vehicle, the 2019 F-150, is being processed for reversal by GM Financial. We are unfortunately on their time table but the process is nearing completion and will keep you updated when it’s resolved which should be by next week. Once finalized, the loan will no longer reflect on your credit. We have shared several times that you will not be responsible for any payments on this vehicle and you did confirm with us that no payment has been made. We are concerned you also mention that we haven’t shared any information regarding the request but had sent via email all of the communications with GM Financial detailing the status for clarity. We do appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this.
