Took almost 3 hours for oil change and I forgot to tell them check engine light was on, and they didn't ask me about the check engine light. Justin was very nice to work with. I came in for a simple oil change. He promised to get me out in an hour and a half. He was about 3 minutes late. We both laughed. Now for the bad. A ton of people in the sales dept but not a single receptionist in service. Very hard to get through on the general number.
