As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a courteous sales professional by the name of Orlando S. and his side kick Enrique. They treated me with respect, professionalism, and care. I was given cool water to drink, assisted in the test drive process, and escorted to a cooler waiting area out of concern for my well being in the Phoenix heat. I did not feel pressured to buy and they listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They had a good selection of trucks to chose from and I felt I was treated very fairly throughout the buying process. They also gave me an exceptionally fair offer for my trade. I was then helped by Joe the finance manager who had all the answers I needed about my loan, financing, payments, warranties, and coverages. I had additional questions after I took my truck home and Joe made a point of emailing me and following up with a phone call to make sure my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I love my new Chevy Colorado truck it is exactly what I was looking for in the color I was looking for, so I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Orlando S, Enrique, and Joe and all the kind people at Midway Chevrolet! More
Edwin greeted us as soon as we arrived. He was very personable and professional. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, able to answer every question I asked, down to personable and professional. Midway Chevrolet service department is in one word horrible. Brought in vehicle with check engine light to be checked out. No communication from the anyone at the dealership what so ever. I’m the one having to call to see what the status, progress, anything. Victor (assigned employee) I clearly has no idea what he is doing. When I dropped off vehicle, he said I would hear something on Tuesday. Nothing. I called Wednesday for update. He gave me issue and I said do the work. Didn’t hear anything so I called back Friday. He told me again what was wrong and I told him to fix the issue back on Wednesday and he said ok they will have it down Friday. Next day still haven’t heard anythig and again have to call and they just send me to voicemail. I can tell you I will never return to Midway or any midway brands. First experience and last. More
BUYER BEWARE -THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT HONOR ADVERTISED PRICES. I tried to resolve this directly with the dealership but they continue to waste my time with explanations that further outline their shadines PRICES. At the start of the day yesterday we contacted the dealership about two units listed on the site. We confirmed both were available for the price listed. We provided all of the information requested for financing. Remained in contact with the sales person throughout the day as he was busy with other customers. As we put the final numbers together with approved financing, we noticed the payment was higher than what our calculations showed so we asked. At that point we were told there is a second sticker with dealer installed options (which I don't want and don't have a use for). I was asked what price we wanted and we asked for the price on the site. the sales person claimed to go back to management and was told that they could only take $750 off the price which should be an already included incentive. We are talking almost $3K in additional costs. Today I called their Customer Service person as I noticed that all Yelp replies have her number. No return call. Submitted an inquiry to their contact form and got two sales people trying to contact me. I assume they didn't even read my inquiry. The person I texted with revealed to me that they hadn't even installed the package as of yesterday but it might be being installed today. Very shady. The sales person I am speaking with now can't even confirm if it has already been installed. So I am to pay more than the advertised price for something that may or may not be installed? The sales person yesterday could have stopped the installation to facilitate the sale of the truck. Now I am just being told repeatedly the price plus the dealer add-ons. How you can improve: 1. The dealership should have the correct price and options listed on the site OR the salesman should be up front at the BEGINNING of the conversation on what the price is and the options that have been added. If the salesman isn't up front, take the bullet and honor the original price and spend your time training your sales people on better practices. Very reasonable expectation. 2. If a package hasn't been installed at the time of the deal, you should just omit it immediately and honor the price online. 3. If you have no interest in actually making a situation right, don't bother contacting the customer to harass them again by repeatedly saying "That is the price." It wastes everyone's time. More

I want to warn EVERYONE stay away from this place. They don’t deserve one star. Took my truck there today for two issues-engine light and a/c was terribly loud. I immediately go there, this is not covered by warranty but they will knock off $500 (if you can take $500 off, why wouldn’t you give me that price immediately-shady). So I ask about the a/c as my truck is sitting there running, nothing was wrong with it they said, its the Bluetooth. xxx, grab the guy and say listen, this isnt normal, yeah your right i can quote you to replace the motor. Again xxx, it hasnt been diagnosed, so how can you quote me for a part. Now back to the fuel injectors-at best it is 1 hour of labor to install all 8 and the price of parts range around $600—how does that even come close to $2500? This is why they could drop $500, they are still price gouging the customer $1300 after parts and labor. They are nothing but predators and crooks, stay away, dont do any business with these types of establishments. More

This was my 3rd vehicle purchase from Alex and Midway in the last 6 years. Now to issue/point of this review. The below areas of Midway truly disappointed me this time and when you spend 70 thousand dollars on a vehicle none of the below issues should be issues. *Finance Dept. -Didn’t transfer my specialty plates to my new truck as instructed/agreed upon -Now I must pay for this when it should have been included in my truck purchase ($55) *New vehicle add-on/install dept. -Got a “we promise to” at time of purchase -Did not clean/condition all my leather interior as agreed upon in the “we promise to” paperwork -Footprints on back of both front seats and all leather not cleaned and conditioned. -I met with Oscar personally to go over my train horn install. The first words out of his mouth is I quit installing train horns due to all the issues and once I install it, we will not warranty the work. Ok, sounds like an internal issue but not the correct way to treat a customer especially on the very first meeting. -I provided the new train horn with a horn button and a power button -I asked that the train horn parts not be inside my vehicle (expect the horn button and power button) or in the bed of my truck -Train horn air tank was installed in the bed of my truck (now I have 2 holes in the bed of my truck). -Power button was not even installed -Oscar did not contact me about the power button not being installed or if it was ok to put the air tank in the bed of my truck *Certified Used Inspection -This vehicle was a certified vehicle. -The air filter was extremely dirty/clogged -New air filter ($40) More

I purchased my car as part of the GM Friends and Family program and they had no clue what it was and still tried up charging/selling me on things I did not want. The car didn’t have everything I wanted on program and they had no clue what it was and still tried up charging/selling me on things I did not want. The car didn’t have everything I wanted on it, so we negotiated on a lower cost for the dealer added crap (ZAK Paint Protection, tint, and some clean vinyl for door dings ($250 for a $0.99 strip of vinyl, wow)) and that I would be able to add the cosmetic upgrades I wanted at the cost the dealer gets the part. I was happy to pay for the service, but I didn't want to pay the inflated part cost. Deal, bought the car. Weeks later, after I tried numerous times to get the parts ordered, they told me they couldn't honor the deal and said, "You already got a good deal on the car, we can't do more." What a dumb reason to lose a customer. Shoutout to Steve Garcia, he was very friendly and easy to work with. Easily a highlight of the purchase. More
