Went to this dealership couple months ago and my experience was not as great as some of these reviews. To try and make a long story short, i was lied to and they ran my credit without my knowledge. experience was not as great as some of these reviews. To try and make a long story short, i was lied to and they ran my credit without my knowledge. I left the dealership with no deal which is fine sometimes things dont work out but there was no deal to be had nothing pending. I had a prequalification through capital one in which they said they ran me through and didnt qualify. Come to find out according to Cap One they didnt even run me through them. i reached back out to see what happen only thing i got in response was "ill call you in 10 min" never got a call back. next day i get a message asking for bank statement and i was confused cause what did they need them for then they run my credit 5 times. There was no communication from when i left to the next day when they ran my credit 5 times other than "ill call you back". Then when i Spoke to i believe it was alex about making it right what he stated was the dealership has to make the right deal for them. Now i felt like they didnt care to make it right. After this all i was still willing to make a deal the deal i wanted and they wouldnt budge i was told i was unappreciative and disrespectful by the sales girl. fast forward to now, i cant go to other dealerships because i have 6 hard inquiries on my report. and they have yet to make it right. I did file a report with the better business bureau for unethical business practices. Wish they cared more about making it right than to making me feel like i didnt matter. More
