I was nipped $3000 somewhere and we tried asking for where that came from. The purchase price with online discount was at $40,700 and that amount is only on the title and registration and no where else where that came from. There’s also another price of $45,181 or something like that and then &46,861. This is why I asked for some explanation on the numbers but no one seemed to have the answers I was looking for. Even the 2nd FM Allie said the $46,681 was the price of the truck that I was told I was t going to get approved for. More confusion there and she’s supposed to send us a simple sketched calculation explaining everything. It’s been almost 3 weeks now that I haven’t received anything yet explaining me where the extra $3000 came from. I will not even recommend my family to go to Midway to buy a vehicle because of this. Yes I love my Traverse and which is outrageous price of $80k to round it off. The total price shouldn’t even have been that much and like I said paperwork speaks for itself even though words were there. Trade in value of $10,000 and my down payment of $1,000 and the remains balance of $1,497 should have all been paid to Ally but I haven’t call to find out how much they were paid. Now all that is added back into the contract that I signed w/o explanations and that why the vehicle price is $80k. I only wished that the paperwork was done correctly to reflect every detailed why there were 3 different prices of the vehicle. My payment shouldn’t have been that high and the total price shouldn’t be $80k. Who does this tot heir customer and expect their customer to give them a high rating for the business that was conducted to get a new vehicle. More
