Next thing I know the transmission and motor mounts are shot plus other things to the number of $9000 to repair and Hugh recommended trading in. Offered $500 for trade with a $9000 down payment, only to double my current payment at high interest. When we mentioned we had a warranty, the repair costs went up to $14,000 and parts were unavailable. Took car to a reputable mechanic; transmission is fine, just needs a torque converter and minor repairs for $2500 that the warranty will cover a big chunk. More
Don't buy from them. They ripped me off on my trade in, told me they would give me x amount and added x on the price of the car. The car had a huge dent when i bought it brand new in the bumper, lumbar didn't work they fixed but left grease all over the inside of my car, glue all over the outside. They lied, and would talk around the subject when brought up to them. Several complaints have been made, and not once did they call me and ask me how they can make it better. They promised a gift card, and lied. The tint (they put on and charged me 300) has bubbles in,and they refuse to fix. They scrat h my plastic in my windshield during repaires, and refused to fix. I bought a 63000 vehicle, they said the microchips would be in , in Aug. Still havent gotten them. Bottom line they will lie to make the sale, and then give the customer and attitude when it's brought up them. As if it's the customers fault. More
Do not purchase from here or if u do I hope u know many people including myself don’t get what where told we are lied and deceived I offered full cash for vehicle I had someone hit my suv totaled out not a people including myself don’t get what where told we are lied and deceived I offered full cash for vehicle I had someone hit my suv totaled out not at fault just dropped my kids at school multiple people hit me but Lamar who was helping me with sale I was told I could get a good loan to help credit 18% is higher then my 12% with cap1 but this is my second loan in 6mos so I took loan instead cash I was told my paperwork was lost days later vehicle not ready 3 weeks later I signed all over again also but not realizing the interest had been changed I didn’t ready paperwork again my fault I trusted Lamar and midway now I make a payment realized numbers didn’t add up now I’m stuck in this older suv please just do biz where no one is taken advantage even if u socially and economically can just don’t feed a machine that doesn’t care about people now I gotta sit wait try get cash I don’t got no more and get out this loan asap Tip to you is pay cash or come with ur own financing u already got and trust knowing ur signing what correct not told then u sign not reading but trusting what’s been told TRUST no one ever tripple check and if a dealership tells u they lost paperwork and keeps ur vehicle 3 weeks know that’s a 🚩 red flag rich or poor don’t shop here More

Had a few good experiences several years ago. However, this past June, I had an issue with my car (2011 Chevy Malibu) periodically not starting. I took it to my mechanic, and his scanner could not diagnose. He recommended me to go to a dealer who has more updated equipment for a Chevy. It dragged out for two weeks, and finally got a crappy diagnosis at best. It said I needed a starter (not the issue. My mechanic did not believe it was the starter), my water pump replaced,, the linkage to my steering wheel, etc. for $3490. I demanded my $215 back for diagnosis fee, since my mechanic said it was not the starter. This was either a fraudulent diagnosis, or grossly incompetent mechanic. Never return my calls and lied to me on a couple occasions saying the money was on its way. Never use these guys! More

Only recently I purchased a used vehicle only to have multiple issues with it. It has been in service for longer than I have owed the vehicle. Now it is currently in service I get no calls no updates. I leave messages no returns. They did mention they only have one mechanic and short staffed so I have to suffer paying for a vehicle I don't even have. I went two weeks with no vehicle before they finally provided a rental. I have rental for a week with still no updates. Horrible horrible experience. More
I inquired on a truck last Monday and was contacted by their salesperson. He got me a quote from their internet manager. 3 days later it had cleared inspection and they received everything they needed f their salesperson. I was paying cash so there was no possible problem right? Until manager Jay Lawrence decided the quote they gave me was no longer high enough. He said I'd have to pay over $4k more if I wanted the truck. That was last Friday. Seeing that today, Monday, it is off their website, I can assume that they simply got offered more than in the agreement they had with me. They set that price, not me. That is very dishonest. Please look elsewhere when buying a vehicle. If they do this to one customer, imagine what else they might do to you. More

Do not trust anyone’s word there, as they routinely lie to, overcharge, and scam people. Also, STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Their scams have been proven again and again by dash cam footage. They’ll keep your car in a lot for days, do nothing, then overcharge you for the services they should’ve done but never did. To top it all off, they’ll relentlessly bombard you with junk mail and spam calls after you visit. Miserable place. More

We had the worst communication and customer service. Would leave messages and never had any returned. After having our vehicle for 20 days we finally just went down (since no one would answer) to get it. Once we showed up our service person along with 4 other employees were just standing there talking in a circle, not doing anything. We got many excuses but no apologies. One thing that was worked on was our window (being able to roll up and down). It worked for only a day, and then stopped working! Will never use them again. More
