This dealership is absolutely horrible. Customer service doesn't exist here. They fired a tech and somehow my keys went missing as well. Do I have to worry he's going to come to my house an Customer service doesn't exist here. They fired a tech and somehow my keys went missing as well. Do I have to worry he's going to come to my house and steal my car now? Service advisor said my car was being put back together then 2 hours later said they had the wrong part. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE! Manager didn't give a care in the world to make things right after I had to have 2 rental cars because of their lack of anyone at this dealership knowing how to do their job. I have all this back and forth with the horrible service advisor in texts messages. HORRIBLE place wouldn't recommend midway to my worst enemy. More

The overall experience was great. But then shortly after leaving the dealership with our brand new truck, we realized that the tint and the door guards, “Midway’s protection package” But then shortly after leaving the dealership with our brand new truck, we realized that the tint and the door guards, “Midway’s protection package” that we paid $2211 for, was not actually applied to the vehicle. So now I’m highly disappointed. More
