Your dealership is so xxxxed up. Finance doesn’t know what they’re doing. We were lied to. Alex Kraft promised three free oil changes and even signed a paper with this info, but when I got home that particular paper isn’t with the rest of the papers good thing I videotaped the conversation because it was one lie after another. I’m sure the BBB will be interested in what I have to say and what I recorded. We were told the financing was being handled by one company and then get an email and it’s a different lender. I was totally screwed. Traded in 3 vehicles and didn’t get one cent for the third trade in. The only thing I’ll recommend is for people to not go there. How do these people stay in business? I can’t even write all that I want to say. Getting this survey is pissing me off because it’s bring up memories of how we were screwed. Customer service on items that were not done correctly at time of sale then no help, is not up to standard, buy a vehicle from us and we do not stand behind the mistakes. Have a Good Day. More
