The negotiations on price included over $3k in "fees" that could not be explained until I had a manager come out and say he would take a look and maybe his screen needs to be refreshed. Very sketchy process. Also promised me a finance rate and despite my very high credit score could not give as promised only to find out when signing the paperwork with finance. The whole process seemed predatory. More

Travis and Andy did a great job. They listened and were able to get to where I was hoping to be. It was a little higher than I wanted, but I got the unit I wanted with a reasonable p They listened and were able to get to where I was hoping to be. Car was modified but this wasn’t listed in details of car description. Midway employee that filled gas burnt clutch bad enough it still smells today. We originally purchased a 2019 f150 but right after we got it we found out the catalytic converters were bad. Midway offered to trade it for a different vehicle and refund what we paid for the truck. We e got it we found out the catalytic converters were bad. Midway offered to trade it for a different vehicle and refund what we paid for the truck. We ended up going with a 2024 Trax. We thought everything was good but now we were just notified that the loan for the truck was never paid back. So now we have a car payment for the Trax AND a payment for the f150 we returned over a month ago. We are stuck paying for a vehicle we don't even have. It's very frustrating and the dealership is no help at all. They refuse to give any documentation that the loan was paid/reversed and also refused a 3 way call with GM financial that holds the loan. It's all very unprofessional and causing our family a lot of stress to come up with 2 car payments now especially when we don't even have the truck. More
