I drove almost an hour and a half to this dealership to Buy a car that was advertised online. I called in advance and spoke to a sales person and said I’m coming all the way there for that car and he said Buy a car that was advertised online. When I got there The car was nowhere to be found. He said somebody was buying it then he said, go ahead and take a look at anything else in the lot and let me know what you like and we’ll make a deal. Now I thought that was a true story, but what’s weird is when I checked the reviews online on Google maps three other people have the exact same thing happened to them. Is this a typical bait? Almost like they advertise a car that’s such a good deal it gets people in the door and then they just say it was sold and once they’re in the door they try to get them to buy a car that’s in the lot. I’m not sure, but that’s what it felt like. The used car I bought some issues that I didn’t realize until driving home. The sales person I spoke to said that they had added some type of door protectors, clearcoat, UV protector and Window Tint but when I saw the next day in the daylight, the car, I realize those were, about six years old and came when the car was bought from the dealership. This was a 2018 so they basically were trying to charge for something they never did they have to say it’s a car you get what you get for the price. Don’t try to hype the car up and make it sound like I’m getting all this value , the finance said that the only way the bank would do a loan is I got a 12,000 mile extended warranty. I wanna find out if that’s 100% true or was another upsell. I didn’t get anything in writing from finance I want to see the price breakdown of the purchase and see if they charged extra for the warranty they told me it was included in the loan, and the loan company was going to pay it. I made several attempts to see if I can get the car into service but after I had a manager say he’d call me back he never did. I called service myself. Nobody picked up and it was a third-party company that’s not even located at the dealership that said they are just an answering service for the service center because the service center is too busy to pick up the phone and they said they would leave a message for them to call me back which they never did. Of all my dealership, car buying experiences, this one was the worst. I do like the sales person I spoke to. I felt like he was a good guy. More
Finance guy Steve is a disrespectful, condescending liar. Sales team was great- but if you don’t want people driven away from purchasing a car, it’s best not to have Steve part of the team.
