Excellent service I had an issue with getting my emissions done because the DLC connector had to be moved in order to install my hand controls by another company. I wen I had an issue with getting my emissions done because the DLC connector had to be moved in order to install my hand controls by another company. I went to Midway and talked with Jason and he said they could put it back where it should be but the emissions would not be able to access it with the hand control bar in the way. Long story short I ended up getting it done by them in less than 10 minutes, and no charge at all. More

The internet director This is the worst car buying experience I've had thus far, in all the cars I've bought/financed. BAIT AND SWITCH AT ITS FINEST. The internet director Chris was so sweet and kind ON THE PHONE. As soon as you do them the courtesy of showing up, that attitude quickly changes. He was rude, ubrupt, arrogant & disrespectful. I know my credit isn't the best, but that doesn't mean I have to be treated like garbage & have it rubbed in my face and pointed out so many times, nor does that mean I should be given only crappy deals - to which they feel like they are doing ME the favor. He finally came up with a decent deal that was somewhat doable (especially considering my situation), so I test drive it, and sign the contracts for purchase. They ALL told me that I was pre-approved and that they had already gone over and covered the stipulations. I leave with the car, thinking everything is good to go & there wouldn't be any surprises. 4 days later a secretary for the finance dept calls me (refuses to give me any real information over the phone) and just says I need to come in immediately regarding my deal. I then call Chris, to ask him if he knew anything about it, and he acted so bothered and inconvenienced and laughed at me when I asked him if he knew why they would be bringing me back in. I show up, only to be told by my finance person - Mika, that he doesn't know why I bothered coming in today - that they are too busy right now and he has several deals that would be ahead of me. I told him that I am ahead of whatever customers he has right now since I was a customer FOUR days ago, and don't even know why I am there. He then just walks away, several minutes later another finance person named Eric comes over with my deal in hand and says that they've worked it and they have only come up with an approval that would require $2850 down. I told him, I was approved for no down payment, a certain interest rate & an amount I can't exceed as a monthly payment - all of which we worked out, and I signed for. Once I told him I don't have the money for the down payment, he said I would have to return the vehicle. At that point, it being a holiday & enterprise being closed - I had no rental car (because I returned it when I left with the vehicle I now had to return), he didn't care. I had to have someone come pick me up from the dealership & I told them several times I needed to have them do the walk through of the vehicle, so I can leave. I had to interrupt Mika twice - both times he just stared blankly at me and told me he can't help me right now. I had to be a bitch and tell him I wasn't going to wait anymore for him to do anything, in which he told me "don't ever do that again", as if I was his infant child. My ride sat there for almost half an hour waiting for them to finish this process. Chris, Bryce, Mika & Eric are all the reason this was a horrific experience and are all complete jerks. Never ever ever going back, especially come a few months when I have a nice pretty down payment to put down on a new vehicle. Will never give them my business! #numberonechevydealermyass More

I have purchased many new cars and trucks in my lifetime and I have never been treated so well, so we'll I bought an SUV for my wife. This was in February of 2015. June of 2015 I drove back and bought myself a new SUV. Great people and great service. I will be back. The Service department is just as great. When the dealer in my hometown wouldn't help me. Midway went out of there way to get me taken care of. The experience was very personal. More
Nagging phone calls, low-intelligence receptionists I asked to be taken off the sales phone call list at least 6-8 times for over two years. They never did. Eventually I just blocked the number from ringing to my phone. They still left messages. Then they sent me a text message asking me to opt-in to texts. I ignored it. Finally, today, after a mid-meeting voicemail buzzed my phone from yet another call, I called back. A catty receptionist hung up the phone on me when I said "please take me off your list, I am sick and tired of the phone calls." I called back and she threatened to "file a police report" because I said I was "pissed." What? Lol! Because Midway Chevrolet doesn't adhere to unsubscribe requests and harasses former customers by phone, you're going to file a report?? LOL. I told the silly, frivolous woman to "go ahead." They need people that have an IQ above 40 to take angry customer calls like mine, especially when Midway is at fault. So, since Midway is apparently registered with this site, here's my advice to them: Stop leaving constant and nagging messages that say "Please call me back to discuss your Chevrolet" or "Great news about your Chevrolet" or the mysterious "Please call me back" with no other information given. I will never shop there again. Courtesy Chevrolet all the way! More
My new MALI!!!! It was my first time getting a car from the lot. We were looking at a few of the nissans, & I wasn't feelin it.
