unprofessional/ extremely slow/ do not care about your time This has to be the slowest dealership ever when it comes to closing a deal our recent purchase on May 21, 2017 had us spending about 6-7 hours at the This has to be the slowest dealership ever when it comes to closing a deal our recent purchase on May 21, 2017 had us spending about 6-7 hours at the dealership, something that should have been a simple deal cash transaction, no financing yet the paperwork just seemed to be on the back burner, they did not have the truck in stock we were purchasing so they found it to do a dealer trade then after they went to get it they said while they were enroute it was sold then they tried to charge us a higher amount that they brought back of course their was really know way for us to know if this was the truth. Again I had the same negative experience with a purchase that my daughter was making on 7/1/2017 they again did not have the car instock went to pick u another car from their sister dealer again we were there about 5 hours with a 9 month old baby waiting endlessly even though they new she had dinner plans and had to pick up her husband they said we would be out by 4 and it was about 5pm when she left with the car and a dealer plate as they never finished her paperwork. She drove off in the new car and the interior dashboard was damaged when we returned Nick tried to bully her into keeping the car and letting them fix it, offering to look for another car somewhere else with empty promises to check it over before calling her back down she said NO so they reluctantly returned her deposit as per Cory's instruction as Nck replied I can't believe your blowing the whole deal just because their was damage to the dashboard if it was not for Cory stepping in I believe the badgering by Nick would have continued. I definitely will think twice before ever purchasing from this dealership again. More

Transmissions was slipping I called in about my transmission slipping gears and dropped my car off the next business day. 3 days later, I was handed my car back feeling as good I called in about my transmission slipping gears and dropped my car off the next business day. 3 days later, I was handed my car back feeling as good as new. The service advisor was named Sergio, and he was incredibly professional at all times, and expressed genuine care. Sergio left absolutely no room for improvement! More

Horrible car, worse dealership Response to owner 1000 miles- trim had to be replaced and hood adjusted do to very uneventful gaps. 5000 miles- bring in for rubbing and creeking no Response to owner 1000 miles- trim had to be replaced and hood adjusted do to very uneventful gaps. 5000 miles- bring in for rubbing and creeking noise, said bad suspension bushings. 9000 miles- stabilitrak light comes on and I get a notice from OnStar that my abs is malfunctioning. Replaced brake light switch. 45000 miles- ac cuts out and check engine light comes on. They tell me it's the water pump and that's why the AC cut out, replace water pump under power train warranty, but still charge me 260 to check AC. 48000 miles- stabilitrak light is back on. Take it back and find out they mistakenly left gap and extended warranty off my contract. I show them my copy that shows gap and warranty and they said 'sorry", and did nothing to fix it. When I asked them to handle the stabilitrak light and abs warning AGAIN, they said they would charge me this time since it's been 20k miles since they fixed it the first time. 50000 miles- alternator goes out $500 53000 miles- battery goes out $190 58000 miles- radiator goes out $700 60000 miles thermostat assembly goes out $500 62000 - brake hardware fails on passeñger front side, $340 63000 miles - abs/stabilitrak is back on, 3 of four Windows stop working, can't fix it due to all the money put out so far. 80k miles- go to fix Windows and stabilitrak light and turns out to be electrical issue. Heater goes out that day as well as airbags. So no stabilitrak No airbags No abs No heater Windows don't work. This all happened from Sept 3015-Feb 2017 When I talked to dealership, the manager Cory, who told me to down so we can work something out, just hid in his office and sent people out one after another trying to sell me S***. Then he tells one of his lackys to have me go to service and tell them he said to take care of me. They proceed to question my " loyalty"to them even though I bought 2 cars there and quote GM policy. I drive 45k a year and I've never had this kind of issue. My last car, a Honda Fit made to 200k before any real issue. My previous car 270k. When they sent out the last guy to talk to me, this idiot said cars are like a light bulb, could last a week, could last 10 years. I drove a brand new 2015 Sonic. 82k in 18 months, maintaining perfectly. The list of issues about is ridiculous for 82k or 18 months. The dealers customer service for this and their contract screw up were even worse. DO NOT BUY HERE DO NOT BUY A SONIC More
