Great Service but disappointed in service after the sale. The service I received was excellent after finding issues with my A/C on the 2014 GMC that I purchased on 3-2-17. I was disappointed in the service a The service I received was excellent after finding issues with my A/C on the 2014 GMC that I purchased on 3-2-17. I was disappointed in the service after the sale since I had purchased the vehicle just barely two months prior to finding the issue with the A/C. Apparently this vehicle was a leased vehicle prior to its sale to me. It should have been checked and certified as a "Certified Used Car". Apparently the service department missed the A/C issue prior to releasing this vehicle for sale as a certified used vehicle. I had a warranty for 6 months or 6000 miles. I travel extensively in my business and had exceeded the miles for warranty to this repair. The service department could not repair this issue on the day that I took the vehicle to them and an appointment was made for two days later. Upon arrival for the appointment the service department found the problem and repaired the leaking hose for a total cost of 442.73. I was offered a ride while the repair was completed and I decided to wait until the repair was completed. Waiting area was nice and the service staff were very cordial and helpful this is why I would recommend this service center to others. Repairs were completed in a satisfying time period and I was satisfied with the repairs although I would have liked to see the physical leak from the hose that was repaired. I was consulted prior to them replacing the hose but I would have still liked to see the offending part. I realized the warranty was beyond the miles allowed but since the vehicle was purchased in March when no A/c would have been used and then upon the first attempt at using the A/C on the vehicle in May, I feel that some of the blame for lack of repairs should fall upon the dealer and service department prior to allowing the vehicle to be offered for sale as a certified used vehicle. For this reason I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor have its services completed by them. More

Tune up My 2005 Vibe had it's first tune up after about 215,000 miles. The car had slipped from 33 mpg to 30 mpg.
