Bob Hurley was the reason I came back with my wife to shop for her car... That day my wife and I walked into the dealership showroom we where greeted by my salesman Bob Hurley...Bob was great with me when I baught my CX-9 4 weeks earlier, This day he quickly handed us over to a co-worker Charles Wilburn who was very sharp on his feet. Charles told us first thing of a beautiful 2011 pre-owned vehicle that just came in, he felt it was the perfect car for us... Well he was right... this silver 2011 pre-owned Ford Focus that just came, only had 46,000 mileage traveled on it and only one owner/clean carfax . Charles was right...we ended up buying it that day....it was a done deal. ...No pushy sales tactics at all! GREAT PLACE TO BUY ! Would have liked to have been told of the features the car offered. I had to read the manual and learn as I drove. Yes, I should have asked questions but thought it was the salesman to introduce the car and its features.
