Bill was also very good at communication through calls, emails, and texts. The dealership was clean and nice and I didn't feel pressured at any time. It was generally a professional environment and I was always greeted properly when I walked on the lot. The only negative experience I had was with a finance person (and it wasn't Tom Foster, because that was a positive experience and he was trying to help us get a lower APR rate). The finance person was passing on information to Bill and then Bill was passing it on to us. Then Bill would ask him another question and come back to us and pass on information again. I was confused (and frustrated) that the finance person didn't come and address us directly. More

The best customer service ever I purchased my car with midway I wasn’t expecting a whole lot from them based on my previous used car dealership experiences, but I have to say this i I purchased my car with midway I wasn’t expecting a whole lot from them based on my previous used car dealership experiences, but I have to say this is hands down the best. When I arrived at midway I met with Joe “Big Joe” O’Donnell who showed me everything I needed to know about the car and after I purchased it he personally drove the car to me (I live an hour away from the dealership) and took me to get the VIN checked and took me to the DMV with all of the paperwork I needed filled out and ready to go! The dealership even covered my registration transfer cost! I will without a doubt be purchasing my next vehicle with Midway. More
