The salesman Bill was great, very knowledgeable about the cars. Never once did he mislead me he was very honest and upfront with me. Purchased my 2nd car from them last year. They beat price on every dealer same make/model/mileage & on value of trade in. I also purchased an extended warranty which I’d recommend doing. Pa They beat price on every dealer same make/model/mileage & on value of trade in. I also purchased an extended warranty which I’d recommend doing. Parts labor covered 100% except normal wear & tear. Last I used warranty coverage, Initially there was some miscommunication between service /sales & I was charged incorrectly but MIKE rectified the issue & provided good customer service. In less than 15 minutes …he corrected the discrepancy & apologized for the mistake. great dealership i said it at purchase about sales & I’ll say it 1 yr later for customer service. Overall they care about their customer & rarely is that the case in 2023 !!!! More
