Going from a larger car to a more compact was exactly what we were looking for. He was a true gentleman and honestly invested in our wants and needs. We purchased the car on a Sunday, had to take care of some paperwork on the Monday and was shocked when Charles called me at work and said that he would deliver the car to my workplace! I was amazed at the dedication!! Of course, it was POURING the day he brought it, but there he was, soaking wet, putting the plates on for me! Never in a million years would I have thought we would travel North to purchase a car, but am I so glad we did, and that we had the pleasure of dealing with Charles. Great to sell,no value to fix Bought the car and it needed work. I was told it was normal and minimul repairs, i was told they replaced the wiper, but the drivers snapped off after Bought the car and it needed work.
