All the way with Midway While hunting for a great deal on a minivan for my family of five over the course of a few days, I came across a 2015 Kia Sedona at Midway Automotive While hunting for a great deal on a minivan for my family of five over the course of a few days, I came across a 2015 Kia Sedona at Midway Automotive in Abington MA. The Kia was listed at a very competitive price, and the reviews for both the van and Midway were very high, so we headed over to Abington. We showed up and met Bob Hurley, a guy with 30+ years of experience in auto sales, including a long stretch as the owner of a dealership himself. Bob, the father of a big family and a dedicated local baseball coach, was terrific from start to finish. I have never appreciated high pressure sales of any kind (does anyone?), and Bob was a down to earth, direct, friendly guy who respected that. After taking the van for a test drive, my whole family really loved the car. It turned out that it had a slight issue with the motor that opens and closes one of the sliding doors. We bought it with Bob's assurance that the door would be taken care of. He promised us that he would do his best to have the issue rectified before our long annual drive to Lake Ontario, just a few days away. Each day he communicated with us about the progress, and tonight, just in time for our first trip as a minivan crew, we brought our awesome new Kia home. I'm very grateful for Bob Hurley's professionalism. Also noteworthy was Dave Bingham in Midway's finance department. He helped us secure a fantastic bumper-to-bumper extended warranty for a reasonable price, given the peace of mind that it brings me. Dave, like Bob, was also a very amiable guy, and we appreciated his guidance on the money end of things. One last thing - it's been a while since we bought a car, and I was impressed by the fact that we didn't even have to go to the RMV to get new plates, registration, inspection, etc. It was all taken care of by Midway. So let me add my voice to the many who have helped Midway Automotive earn a recent 2017 Consumer Satisfaction Award from this site, DealerRater. I immediately reported the rattling noise to Bob Hurley. He told me to bring it in and they will take a look at it. After determining what the problem was, the matter was resolved by Bob Hurley and he made sure I was satisfied with how the vehicle was running. Bob Hurley and the Midway Auto staff stand behind their product and I cannot be more pleased. Once again, good job Midway Auto! Thank you! More

best car dealer I've been to I bought a car from Frank Henry at Midway. I found the car online, knew I'd buy it if everything was fine. The car was in perfect condition, but what I bought a car from Frank Henry at Midway. I found the car online, knew I'd buy it if everything was fine. The car was in perfect condition, but what made the experience memorable was that Frank handled the registration for me, filled the tank, and even got it inspected! I like buying from dealers instead of private party because any flaws with the car are fixed, but this is the first time I've had the dealer fill the tank or inspect the car. More

No pressure!! Pleasant buying experience! I knew what I was there to test drive, and what I was willing to accept for my trade! Dealer worked with me, met my demands and explored other options I knew what I was there to test drive, and what I was willing to accept for my trade! Dealer worked with me, met my demands and explored other options before going back to my previous bank to work financing!! They showed me comparable options for vehicles, showed me the carfax for each and even offered an "extended test drive". Having done my homework before getting there shortened the experience but the sales staff was very open about the history of the SUV I ultimately chose!!! I would highly recommend this dealership! And though I haven't used their service dept yet I have heard and read nothing but positive experiences! More
