The car was priced right. I knew and and they knew it, so no negotiating was needed. Car Shopping I had a 03 Honda CRV, which had recently died on me! I had my car towed to Midway, hoping that my car could be fixed. Only to find out that my engine I had a 03 Honda CRV, which had recently died on me! I had my car towed to Midway, hoping that my car could be fixed. Only to find out that my engine was blown. So, long story short, I had to buy a good used car pronto! I dealt with Shawn, a wonderful salesperson, who handled all of my needs. He was very professional and not pushy at all. I told him what I wanted and he made sure that I had a good selection of cars to choose from. When I left, I had a beautiful blk BMW X5, which looked and ran like it was brand new!! I was so pleased with the entire experience. If you are car shopping and want a relaxed experience,go to Midway Auto, ask for Shawn and you won't be disappointed 😉 More

Charles had the vehicle ready for me to test drive. Charles was very Pleasant to work with, No pressure, Took the Rav4 for a 30 minute test drive, I got concerned so I called Charles, Charles says take your time, no worries. Got back from the test drive and purchase the Rav 4. No pressure from Charles at all. he even stepped out of the room to give me time to discuss my purchase with my daughter.. More

Memorable, Stress-Free First Buying Experience An inquiry on a 2009 Subaru Outback Special Edition that I found on Car Guru was what brought me to Midway. When I got to the dealership, I spotted t An inquiry on a 2009 Subaru Outback Special Edition that I found on Car Guru was what brought me to Midway. When I got to the dealership, I spotted the car and went to take a look at it. Moments later, a friendly, soft-spoken salesman, Frank Henry, came out to assist me. We went on a test drive, a planned route reminiscent of a road test. At the end he said jokingly, "You passed." After that, he provided the CarFax in a timely fashion and went over the vehicle's history. We also discussed figures--the part of car shopping that I was most nervous about. However, Frank had a calm demeanor that put me at ease. He didn't make me feel that I had to make a decision right then and there. After looking at a couple of other Subaru Outbacks, I decided that the one at Midway was my top choice. On the day I purchased the car, Frank wasn't scheduled to work but stayed in contact with me via cell phone, answering all my questions. He took care of the registration. I wasn't able to get ahold of my insurance company the morning of purchase. When I got in touch with them after I arrived home with the car, they already knew why I was calling, so Midway had beaten me to the punch. In summary, I highly recommend Midway. Car shopping was something that I had been putting off because I was dreading it, but it turned out to be a MUCH better first-buying experience than I thought it would be. Definitely give them a shot, and ask for Frank! More
