At first, the salesman seemed to be very nice and helpful. I saw this car and instantly fell in love with it. The car had a minor problem, the windshield had a little crack on it. So I brought it up to the salesman and he agreed to replace the windshield. We went to the office to finalize the deal sign all the paperwork tahts needed. He said that he'd call me to make an appointment to come and replace the windshield. Of course, he never did call. After weeks and weeks, I finally decided to go down there to see what's up. He said that he "tried to call" which of course is a lie. If he did, I would of known because my mom was always home. Then next he said that, the 30 day warranty has expired, which doesn't really matter because I had a DUE BILL that says the windshield replacement was suppose to be free of charge. I just told them that they will hear from my lawyer and then they agreed to replace it finally. If you go there, have a lawyer ready, then they would definitely keep their word. More
