Not a lot of selection but I guess all the dealers are having a hard time getting cars. I came in for a Telluride, but all they had was one being used by the bosses wife and couldn't get any kind of disco having a hard time getting cars. Tyler was our guy, very cordial and helpful. He knew a lot about this model, you'd be surprised at some salespersons who have no clue to things like engine size, horsepower, transmission drives, etc. Don't expect anything off the MSRP; and this dealer has a $379 doc fee...some of the dealerships go as high at 700 bucks , so beware, Only hard sale I got was the extended warranty. So Kia is good for a 5/60 warranty on everything EXCEPT on electronics at 3/36. These new cars are all electronics, so just be aware. Drivetrain good to 100K. Overall good experience, I actually came down from KS to buy here. More

Love that I am able to schedule appointments on line at the time that is convenient for me. When I arrive for the appointment I am greeted promptly and with a smile. Even better is that the representative checks for how the service is going and reports back to me on what is going on. Service has always been done before the estimated time. Went in for a oil change and ended up trading my car in. The sales associate swore up and down I would be getting very close to what my car was worth. And before I knew it, my license plate was off and they were handing me the keys. I wasn't too upset until I got home and saw the actual value of my car. He knew I wasn't prepared, he knew I had no idea what it was worth. And he knew if I had a day to think it over, I would have had this info. I was shorted about 3k for what my car was actually worth. Other delearships were even offering 4k more. Communication was very seldom after that. I contacted them the next day not even 12 hours after I left with all of my concerns. He told me to even think about getting my car back and returning the new car I got, I would need to pay about 1300 for detailing and work that had been done on my car. Each. My car sat there over night. I'm sure they didn't even detail it that night, seeing as how I was still at the deleaship after they were closed. When I told him the value of my car from kkb and EVEYWHERE else, he said they use an auction based calculation system. I asked them how to worked and if I could see the report. If I could see ANYTHING with the value they were seeing. If that's how it works, fine cool, my mistake, but he said he didn't know the info, and no one else could get the info, or help reassure me that I got a fair amount for my trade. I could go on for days about this one. If your going to do business with them, make sure you do your homework first, because they will rip you off, and sleep just fine. More
