MidTown did a good job on my 2014 Sorento when the radio head failed. Figuring out ŵhat was wrong electronically took a lot of effort. Like all things Kia, it was expensive. Can't get a hold of anyone because they don't answer the phones. Had my car for 7 months and got nothing accomplished other than to tell me the cost is on me.
