They sure do care when they are trying to sell you a car but the after they do they will take 3 hours to do a regular oil change and then your check engine light will come on flashing and when you call them but the after they do they will take 3 hours to do a regular oil change and then your check engine light will come on flashing and when you call them not even an hour later they will tell you that a service advisor will call me back and then you wait 3 hours and still no call so you will have to call back in only to get told that the service advisor is busy and will call me back and never does so you drive home from work with your brand new car putting the whole time. Midtown Kia does not give a crap about anyone but themselves. && To think that I stopped what I was doing a month after i bought my vehicle because the worker called me asking to please help them by filling out a survey to make them look better. I now understand why the workers were so desperate for me to give them a good review. Lesson learned and I wi ll make sure that everyone I know is aware that the customer service is horrible! They don’t care. My step dad has bought 15 cars from midtown since 2007 and he will never purchase another car from Midtown Kia again after this mess More
Midtown Kia’s mistake while servicing our van caused the van to overheat on the highway while we were on vacation. We spent 1.5 hours on the side of the highway with our 3 hungry and scared little kids in t van to overheat on the highway while we were on vacation. We have reached out to them many times both via phone and email to get a response about the matter. The only good thing about this experience was Arlene. Took about 6 weeks for a diagnosis and recalls. With no communication even after calling multiple times. Also no rental car for any of that time.
