Well, bad experience started when I pulled up and sat for about 20 mins before anyone came out, I specifically had declined additional work because I was short in time but they did it anyway- an hour and 1/2 More

Tried to sell me a battery and clean terminals after they checked the battery and left the terminal loose so car wouldn't start without a jump. Son noticed it after looking at the car. More
