Well, bad experience started when I pulled up and sat for about 20 mins before anyone came out, I specifically had declined additional work because I was short in time but they did it anyway- an hour and 1/2 about 20 mins before anyone came out, I specifically had declined additional work because I was short in time but they did it anyway- an hour and 1/2 later I checked and they said my car was “in the cleaning line”. 20 mins later they brought it out and 1) not clean- windows still had road dust on them, 2) smelled like cigarette smoke! (This is where I bought my car and I’ve been so happy to have a dealership and service called AAA and had my car jump-started. Next stop—Midtown Kia! (This is where I bought my car and I’ve been so happy to have a dealership and service department within a mile of my home, as opposed to “way out in the boonies” of south Tulsa.) They confirmed that the battery was on the decline and made a call to Lyft to get me to work—at their expense—and within 5 minutes I was on my way! Likewise, when I needed to pick up my car after work, another Lyft was outside my workplace in 8 minutes. My only suggestion is that a paper floor mat be placed in the car during service appointments because the area to and from mechanics’ bays are muddy gravel. I had to drag out the sweeper and a towel to clean up the floor around the driver’s seat. More
