Auto start follow up help I received fast professional and caring support from Stephen libera. Our installation was not the best quality customer service and we were struggli I received fast professional and caring support from Stephen libera. Our installation was not the best quality customer service and we were struggling to use the auto start. Stephen took the time over the phone to go over every aspect of how to use the auto start. None of the steps were provided or shown by the service department after the installation. It was basically here is your key and your ready to go. We found the quick use manual in the glove box two weeks later. This was a Christmas gift from my husband. Stephen was the key to making this end as a great experience. I was very frustrated with service but Stephen helped me to reconsider my perspective. I am glad he can keep customers happy. A+++ More
