Originally went to Ferguson Kia but their service department is terrible. Came to Midtown and Mike got me in and vehicle repaired in a few days. I bought a used car out right and they said that they had taken all precautions to maintain the safety of the vehicle including tires. I notice the tire pressure sensor was on and they said they would fix it, they never did even after I asked them to and they said that it’s not there problem anymore. I then noticed that they gave me a car with completely bald tires after I started to skid on the road. I called them and they said that they always keep the tread level to a safe level and that they did not give me a car with bald tires, even though I had just bought the car a couple weeks ago and had drove less the 5000 miles. Not only have they screwed me over but my girlfriend had a recall on her engine and was told that they couldn’t fix it because it was over too many miles even though the recall brought out by Kia dictates any mileage. When I reached out about my car to the person who sold it to me which was the nicest person there they had already laid her off before I could even fix my issue. This is a deplorable establishment that I wish no one use until they fix there policy issues and customer service. Nelson Mazda was pretty good with us on car shopping standards. Hopefully I can get them to reimburse me be $500 I had to spend on tires just for there unwillingness to comply. More
