Service recently purchased vehicle I recently purchased a used vehicle and the check engine light came on shortly there after. I contacted the service center. Shannon was very quick to suggest I bring the vehicle in as soon as possible and very accommodating in seeing that my vehicle was promptly serviced. Shannon notified me of the issue and indicated that it would be the next day before the vehicle was ready. He kept me informed throughout the process and followed up timely when the vehicle was completed. Extremely poor service I bought a used car from midpoint on a Saturday, after I had agreed to buy the car I was told there was an open recall on the car. My salesman told me I bought a used car from midpoint on a Saturday, after I had agreed to buy the car I was told there was an open recall on the car. My salesman told me they would fix the recall issue and my car would be delivered to me on Monday. Today is Thursday. I spoke with the salesman and he told me it would be delivered today. I still have no car. I tried calling several times today and could not get anyone to answer. I left a message for the manager, I have not heard back from him.I will never deal with this dealership again. More
