Good but not quite perfect While my Yukon was driven for diagnosis and warranty repair a quarter tank of my premium fuel was used and the dealership did not replenish it. This is the second visit for the same issue and last visit they had to drive it more miles therefore using more fuel and also didn't refill it. I think they should return it as I left it especially since it is warranty work. The other GMC dealership also provides a free car wash when using their service department which would have been nice. More

I called them to see if they needed me to reschedule. They were very accommodating, Service Advisor (Wayne) said for me not to worry, they would take care of me when I got there. Work was completed as promised, loaner vehicle was waiting for me when I got there, great communication from service advisor, efficient and respectful towards me. It's nice to find a dealership that knows how to take care of their customers. We have bought 3 vehicles from Mid-Point over the years, and when our youngest starts driving, we'll be back to buy again and use Chris as our salesman. Again!. More
