I also have an additional experience working with the public in the health industry which also gives me a keen perspective on people and character evaluations. From the beginning of the sale to the wrap up, the staff was very engaging in the entire process. Joel kept me advised with all of the steps in the process. The finance team was also on point and very helpful in explaining the entire process. .. Within the coming months I will be bringing my son in to make his first VW purchase..... Got my dream car for a good deal I came into the dealership not intending to buy a car that day. He called every VW dealership along my path. He went above and beyond to help me. He made a very stressful situation much better! If I were closer to Midlands VW I would absolutely have my car serviced there all the time! More

Great Lease Turn in Experience Our Tiguan Lease was near its' end and we were looking into our turn in/ buy out options. They listened to our concerns with our buy out/ turn in options and they offered us a variety of options that suited our every need. We chose the best option for us and were able to turn in our 2012 Tiguan and drive away with a 2015. In a very short amount of time we discussed options, chose our new vehicle, signed all of the necessary paperwork and were on our way with little to no back and forth over pricing and payments. What a fantastic experience! More
