The willingness to work with us was amazing. We went in on a Wednesday afternoon with plans to look at two cars--1 new and 1 used. After arriving and finding out the car my husband had his heart set on had been sold, Jim worked with us. He was genuine and understood when we said we didn't think we would be getting anything---it was either 2 or nothing for us. Well, Jim and Joel went above and beyond to help us. They had another used car on the lot, three years newer, and more expensive. They did not push us at all towards the car, just let us know they were willing to help. We had our two trades valued, and decided to go ahead with the purchases of a used sportwagon and a new passat. The entire team went out of their way to accommodate our tight schedule, and even went in early the next morning to complete everything based on our availability. Evan was great and was one of the few finance people I have encountered that really listened to our wishes and did not push anything on us. He provided us with detailed information, but did not go overboard. He made certain that we understood everything in our paperwork as well as all the additional options available that we were interested in. Craig was very helpful with the transition between the old cars and the two new cars. He prepared both vehicles, tags, helped with fuel, moving things between cars, and introduced us to the service manager. He played a big role in helping us stay on track time wise. I was very impressed that Geneva knew exactly who we were, why we were there, and what was going on with our vehicles the second morning, even though we dealt with Jim the previous day. Overall, our experience was excellent. These two VW's are the 9th and 10th VW's my husband and I have owned. We will return in the future if we decide we want another, and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Under Promise, Over Deliver I have been waiting for the 2015 Golf Sportwagen TDi. The increase in space, horsepower, and MPG, combined with a lower curb weight made this a vehic I have been waiting for the 2015 Golf Sportwagen TDi. The increase in space, horsepower, and MPG, combined with a lower curb weight made this a vehicle worth waiting for...so the vehicle actually sold itself. The only issue was "the deal." I dealt with four VW dealerships and found Midlands to be very fair with both pricing and trade-in. The mark of a good deal is when both parties walk away satisfied. I can not speak for Midlands, but I am very satisfied that I was dealt with in a no pressure, straight forward manner. Geneva Carr and I struck a deal over the phone and upon my arrival, Midlands kept every facet of the bargain in tact. This was the easiest car-buying experience I have had and will use Midlands first, the next time I am in the car market. It is normal for people to have "buyer's regret" after a major purchase. The reverse is true for me...I am happier with my decision more today than I was yesterday. Great product, great staff. More
