My last VW was purchased from McDaniels VW and it was the worst experience and it almost made me not want to buy another. Well I decided to give Midlands a chance and Iam so glad I did Marcus Sumter is the best. I am a Retired Army recruiter and Ihave had over 20 years sales experience, most of the time salespersons come across fake, but Marcus truly shows a passion for the customer and shows a genuine care for my welfare. Alone with that Joel White also showed the same caring as the manager, which is a rare thing, he was very respectful and did not try the same old game 99% of other dealers do. I would also like to show my appreciation to Geneva Carr her help and guidance was very much appreciated. I left Midlands with a new outlook on car dealerships, not only have I got a very nice Golf Sportwagon but I gained new friends and a dealership I can call mine! More

Taken advantage of. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership. I went in to buy a vehicle to tow a small camper with and the ordeal has turned into a nightm I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership. I went in to buy a vehicle to tow a small camper with and the ordeal has turned into a nightmare for me! They did not pay attention to my needs. I feel like they saw my trade-in, a 2008 R32, and saw dollar signs. I was grieving the loss of my spouse of 40 years and they took advantage of my vulnerability. They say their goal was to make me happy but in my opinion their goal was to take advantage of me. I am basically stuck with a vehicle that will apparently NOT do what I told them I needed a vehicle for....Steer clear of this dealership! I have owned 6 Volkswagens and love the vehicles but the this experience has affected my confidence in this dealership. More

I was greeted with smiles when I came in and I was helped within the first 5 minutes. I worked closely with Craig who is a manager in training and I thought he was absolutely wonderful! Such pleasure to work with, great attitude, patient, and with a great sense of humor. I know he will make a great manager, FOR SURE! He kept me updated at all times; there was never a time when I felt like I really didn't know what was going on with my paper work. The team overall was a pleasure to work with, very friendly, and not pushy at all. Before going to Midland, I had only visited one VW prior and my experience here was a complete 180 from my experience at a previous VW dealership. The financing manager, Allan, was also a pleasure to work with. One of the reasons I decided not to purchase from the previous VW was because the financing manager at that dealer was very pushy, forceful, and rude when I declined to upgrade to a longer warranty package. Allen, on the other hand, offered the extended warranty and once I said no thanks to that, he quickly moved on; wasn't pushy or rude at all! overall, great experience, great team of employees here at Midlands. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Craig was the BEST salesman to work with. Ask to work with Craig if you want a pleasurable experience! More

Markus Sumter was our main sales associate and he was awesome!! Markus and the whole team including managers were very laid back. There was one manager who I didn't even know he was a manager until he formally introduced himself because he was so laid back, joking, and laughing with us up until the point where he introduced himself. The finance manager was awesome. I love the feel of young vibrant associates mixed with well seasoned veterans. It made the atmosphere GREAT!! I would make recommend this dealership to any and everyone. More
