Geneva met us in the parking lot and took awesome care of us while we waited for Joel, who was working with another customer. We went on a test drive with Geneva and it was a great experience. She is definitely a 'people person' with a great attitude. Joel was awesome!! He got the numbers where they needed to be, making the process quick and 'painless'.. Was out of the dealership and on the way back home in about 2 1/2hrs.. Quickest time I have ever dealt with while buying a car.. I would recommend this dealership to anyway!! Great service!! pleasent and Very friendly When I first arrived at the dealership I was kinda nervous about going in because most dealerships tend to want to pressure you into buying a vehicle. We sat inside the dealership for around 5 minutes and looked at a 2015 Jetta which was very affordable. Markus one of the sales associates assisted me and showed me around the Jetta. He wasn't pressuring and made me feel comfortable enough and sat down with me. I ended up getting a new Jetta. I will always recommend this dealership and Markus to anyone looking to buy a VW or other model. Everyone at the dealership seemed to be very kind and friendly as well. More

Leasing out of State We live in West Hartford, CT and my daughter is a student at University of South Carolina. I needed to start a new lease on a vehicle for her but couldn't do it in Connecticut as I couldn't drive it down with her. We found Midlands VW on line and dealt with Markus and Joel. They told us that we could lease the car in South Carolina and return it when the lease ended in Connecticut. We conducted the entire negotiation remotely and every expectation and promise was met as agreed. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and accommodations, they even picked my daughter up at the airport and she was thrilled to see all the amenities and details as promised! More

Disappointed in South Carolina! The Sales Staff is great! Lucia and Joel White worked very hard for us. Unfortunately, they were not able to locate the car we wanted. However, we appreciate all of the time and effort they put in on our behalf. Thanks to them! I talked to the Sales Manager, Stuart Faulk, to discuss our options going forward. It had been 6 - 7 weeks since we put down a deposit to purchase a car-but still no car. A simple apology would have been greatly appreciated, but none given. Unfortunate! My conversation with him is why we asked for a return of our deposit and why we will not do business with Midlands VW. He is a jerk and very condescending. Terms I rarely use, but are appropriate in this situation. The disrepect he showed in his final comment to me was, "I don't want to talk anymore". At which point he hung up on me! This is not a person I would ever do business with- ever! Rude! More
