Best car experience that I could have wished for!! I had been dealing with another dealership in the city where I live and was so frustrated at the games and schemes they were playing, so I decided to I had been dealing with another dealership in the city where I live and was so frustrated at the games and schemes they were playing, so I decided to give Midlands VW a call. They put me through to Jim Hutson on the phone, and I'm so glad they did because he was wonderful! I told him exactly what I wanted (New Jetta SE) and what I could afford and Jim and Joel made it happen for me. They were SO easy, and nice to work with. I drove over an hour to deal with this dealership opposed to the one that was 2 miles from my house. I will even drive the distance to get it serviced there if I can. This is the first time I have actually purchased a car on my own and they could not have made the process any easier. Evan was really helpful when it came to financing and explained many of the several questions that I had. He seemed like he really had my best interest in mind and not just trying to get my money like other dealerships I had dealt with. After I had happily signed all of my paperwork with Evan, Jim explained every last detail about the car itself and what to expect. He is so detail oriented, and I really appreciated it! I didn't want to drive home a brand new car that I had no idea how to use. Jim went above and beyond and was just a genuinely great person to work with. I am in LOVE with my new VW Jetta! great experience I went in to buy used Vehicle, but ended up with new 2015 Beetle. I never imagined that would happen. With Joel and Geneva's help, I got my payments t I went in to buy used Vehicle, but ended up with new 2015 Beetle. I never imagined that would happen. I contacted Midlands in order to inquire about a 2015 VW Passat. I spoke with Joey and he simply answered my questions as asked. The typical “Come on down, take a look around” pushy salesman approach was never utilized. Joey was friendly and paid particular attention to answering several questions. We communicated multiple times regarding the purchase of a vehicle and Joey was always courteous and professional. About a week later, the family and I were out for a family fun night and decided to stop by the dealership. It was an unannounced stop in order to meet Joey in person. He was just as professional and inviting in person as he had been over the telephone. We walked the lot and looked over the available inventory. The exact trim level desired wasn’t available at that time. As it was the end of the model year, a specific vehicle couldn’t be ordered as I have done many times in the past. Joey understood my reasoning for having specifics and told me that he would continue to search other dealerships for the desired vehicle. Prior to leaving the dealership, Joey introduced me to the sales manager Joel. Joel was a direct extension of the courteous and professional attitude I had received from Joey. Joey contacted me with available trim level and color options. Being a picky consumer, Joey put in a great deal of effort finding a vehicle that would placate my requests. Joey was always professional and friendly throughout my being picky with color choice availability. We settled on a vehicle and Joey retrieved it the next day in spite of it being several hours away. Joey ensured the vehicle was prepped for my arrival the next day. The trade-in negotiations were stress-free as Joel explained the value given and basis behind it. He was fair and equitable handling the entire purchase and trade-in process. He was able to beat the excellent, pre-approved, financing I had setup prior to going to the dealership. Joel ensured the paperwork process was quick and easy. He also confirmed that I understood each item prior to signing and was open for any questions.
