Simple, Efficient, Friendly. I absolutely dreaded the thought of having to go out and find a new car. Lucky for me, I found Midlands VW and in no time found myself behind the whe I absolutely dreaded the thought of having to go out and find a new car. Lucky for me, I found Midlands VW and in no time found myself behind the wheel of an extremely affordable, loaded Passat! I found the Passat online and put in an information request. Geneva Carr contacted me right away and made the whole experience from start to finish…fun…how weird is that?! Geneva and the Finance Team didn’t make promises they couldn’t keep; they treated me like an old friend, and made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. Did I mention I went into Midlands VW at 4:00pm and was in my new car on the way home by 6:30pm? Keep in mind this includes a complete overview of the vehicle, a test drive, and a ton of laughs along the way…Geneva has some good jokes, y’all!! I am so happy to say that my experience with Geneva and the staff at Midlands VW was wonderful. I live in another city and told Geneva over the phone what I was hoping to pay and asked them for their bottom line price on an EOS and what they could give me for my trade. Geneva gave me their bottom line, the dealership here in my home town couldn't meet it, so I drove 2 hours up there fully expecting some kinda of sales pitch or reversal. I got none of that - everything was exactly as I had been quoted with no funny business. It was the best, most un-car salesey car sales experience I have had. Kudos to them for honesty and integrity. I would recommend this group to anyone looking to not go through the car sales dance. More

BEST Experience ever making a Car Purchase I went into Midlands Volkswagen to upgrade my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta to the newer model. I want to say this was the easiest and Best experience I have had buying a car in years. I normally purchase a new car every two-three years. The Floor Sales Manager Joel White was super nice and pleasant to speak with about my car purchase. He personally made me want to deal with this dealership and no other because he seemed to care about his customers very much. He made every effort to make it no hassle sale to get me in my new car. He told me my car would be cleaned and ready to go same day. I went back to finalize the deal in and out in no time at all. Very Professional the way Joel White handled the sale. I would recommend anyone looking for a Volkswagen to go to Midlands Volkswagen Dealership they have the best Sales Team I have ever seen at any Dealership yet. I will return back to this Dealership in the future for any car purchases that I make. More

3rd time is not the charm 1st screw up. I have a wiring issue which they fix but then blow the fuel pump. VW pays $10,000.00. 2nd screw up. While fixing fuel pump they manag 1st screw up. I have a wiring issue which they fix but then blow the fuel pump. VW pays $10,000.00. 2nd screw up. While fixing fuel pump they manage to blow my stereo. Requested to pay $900.00 3rd screw up. After 15th dealer oil change on my 2011 Jetta TDI they stripped the oil pan screw. I should pay $665.00 to fix. IF YOU CAN'T CHANGE OIL PLEASE STOP YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! More
