Joe Albert was a great help initiating the TDI buyback process and everyone was nice to my dog! While it seemed to take hours to complete this transaction it actually wasn't that long and I actually enjoyed the process! Roger made sure that every inch of the vehicle was in perfect delivery order, including the problem with the GPS system having to be replaced. Roger made sure to thoroughly go over all the systems in the vehicle with us to be sure we had a good idea of how the all worked. He also encouraged us to go on the tutorial websitel for a complete guide as to how to use each system, a most invaluable resource. Overall, this was the best experience we've ever had in making a car purchase. And that is huge since we are 60ish and have purchased many cars over the years.
