You got to be kidding me! This is the single best car buying experience I've had to date. Unfortunately I'm one of those people that buys and trades cars way more often than I should. So, in saying this is coming from a place of vast experience. They were kind courteous and, hold onto your shorts did exactly what they said they would in reference to the deal down to the final price and payment I was quoted over the phone. The customer service is simply unmatched. We did the deal on Friday they held the car in the show room for my wife and I to keep the pollen off until we came back Monday to pick it up. Just above and beyond. I usually have at least one thing to complain about in this case I have nothing I wish every car dealership was like these guys. Not only do I have the experience in buying about 12 cars from dealerships I am in sales. Everyone should take and ear mark a page from their customer service book. Simply unmatched. I forgot to mention earlier the finance process was the quickest and least painful that I've ever had. Might I add the finance manager's computer system was on the fritz. So in the face of diversity they still managed to be number one in my book. In and out the door in less than an hour for buying a new car is just silly good. My only regret is that we live two hours from the dealership so we'll have to get it serviced somewhere else. More

Kevin was very personable and easy to talk to, he did an excellent job answering my questions. I came to the dealership with my eyes on a used 2012 Mini Cooper. While test driving, he was very helpful as I came across a flashing light notification on the dashboard. He looked into my concern and ordered a replacement for the brake light (since of course they are Midlands VW and not a Mini Dealership). As mentioned earlier, I am a first time buyer, and it can be difficult to get a loan with a decent APR. With Craig's assistance I managed to get a loan with a GREAT APR in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and set me up for success! More
