Wonderful Experience - Great Team! I had expressed an interest in the 2017 Passat and before I knew it, there in a text was video from Roger Maxwell introducing himself and showing the I had expressed an interest in the 2017 Passat and before I knew it, there in a text was video from Roger Maxwell introducing himself and showing the selection of Passats in the background. We spoke briefly after that and set an appointment for the next day for a test drive. Upon my arrival, it was as if he had read my mind and had selected the perfect one for me. Roger was excellent at keeping in touch with me and negotiating on my behalf. With his travel schedule, he wasn't present when I purchased but referred me over to Jim Hutson, who was also very knowledgeable and helped me in Roger's absence. I enjoyed working with all of them and had the pleasure to deal with Craig and JP a bit. I would highly recommend Roger and the team at Midlands when you are looking to purchase your next vehicle. Kevin was very personable and easy to talk to, he did an excellent job answering my questions. I came to the dealership with my eyes on a used 2012 Mini Cooper. While test driving, he was very helpful as I came across a flashing light notification on the dashboard. He looked into my concern and ordered a replacement for the brake light (since of course they are Midlands VW and not a Mini Dealership). As mentioned earlier, I am a first time buyer, and it can be difficult to get a loan with a decent APR. With Craig's assistance I managed to get a loan with a GREAT APR in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and set me up for success! More
